No. 8 Piazza is superbly located overlooking Porthmeor Beach and within minutes walk of the town, restaurants and coastal walks. There is a balcony to enjoy the magnificent beach and sea views.

Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with access to a private balcony, with furniture, perfect for enjoying the views over Porthmeor Beach. The well equipped Kitchen has an Electric hob and oven, fridge, separate freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There is a Smart TV in the living area. The Bathroom has a shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. An open sided/open tread staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads to the First Floor. Off the landing is a Double bedroom which has a 5ft bed and fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD Player and fantastic views over Porthmeor Beach. The Twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate cloakroom with wc and wash basin on this floor. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Changeover Day: Saturday.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi available. Coin operated launderette on site. Mobile reception varies. Open tread staircase not suitable for young children. Parking space no. 8 located in the communal courtyard (limited manoeuvrability - small to medium car). 15ft 10 inch length, 6ft 9 inch wide and 6ft 2 inch high approx.

A truly lovely property. And what a view! And easy access to the beach for surfers and beaches couldn't be better. I am missing just looking out at the sea and sky already.

This property was immaculate. The cleanliness was spotless. Presentation fabulous. From quality cleaning products to clothes airer and plenty of coat hangers it was great. Fantastic outlook and location . Would not hesitate to go back.
