Situated on the third floor with two balconies to enjoy the superb beach and sea views over the famous Porthmeor surfing beach.

The apartment has an open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area with Electric cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Music system with radio, CD and MP3 player, 4ft 6in sofa bed, TV/DVD Player and a door leading to the balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. On the same floor is a Bathroom which has a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. From the lounge an open tread staircase (may not be suitable for very young children) leads to the gallery bedroom which has a 4ft 6in bed and access to a second balcony giving further glorious views  Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.

Beautiful views! Cant beat looking out on porthmeor beach, so amazing! The parking spot is verrrrry tight, would only suit the smallest of cars.

Fabulous property. Two very private balconys, one off front room and one off bedroom. Would definitely have stayed again if it werent for the parking. There is fair warning in property details. The car space is adequate, its more trying to manoeuvre in with there being 4 pillars. We had a small Audi A1, beware of anything bigger. There are 2 small Read moreCo-ops in town and nice little shop just opp apartment. So thoroughly enjoyed just staying put with the fabulous view, walks and train. Hide

Really good location. Parking is awful, very very tight, had to get it in inch by inch, thought it the car was going to get stuck, if it wasnt for a fellow holiday maker we wouldnt have got out. It didnt say anything about it on the website, only in the welcome pack in the apartment. Could do with updating. This is my favourite place to come each year as the location is amazing. The views are stunning. The only negatives are Parking your car is not easy at all once your in you dont dare to move it putting you off visiting different places and even the supermarket (although you can walk to a Co-op) the main thing is the sofa bed its very uncomfortable Read moreand definitely needs to be updated. The property was perfect for us so close to everything the beach the harbour and the shops. It was very clean and tidy and the views from the two balconies were amazing. There are a lot of steps up to the property but they are worth it for the wonderful views.

Ive stayed in Barnaloft and driftwood nearby but think I found my new favourite place at 21 Piazza with the fabulous views! I always like to stay in a place which overlooks Porthmeor beach as it has by far the best sunsets in the south west! We enjoyed staying at this property, it was very comfortable and we loved the mezzanine bedroom. It was lovely and light. We dont mind the stairs as it gives us exercise on holiday. The location is brilliant and so close to anywhere in St Ives. The view is to die for. Unfortunately we couldnt sit out on any of the balconies because of the seagulls Read morewhich was disappointing. The windows, balcony and outdoor furniture were all covered in seagull poo on arrival so we cleaned it ourselves as we obviously wanted to enjoy the view. That was our only complaint. Hide

The flat was amazing for the views but quite dated throughout and did not have a smart TV, which on rainy days like we had was quite limited
