This apartment is decorated in a contemporary yet comfortable style and has been finished to a high standard. It has magnificent views of the Harbour and St Ives Bay but is still only a few minutes walk from all that St Ives has to offer.

With breath-taking views overlooking the harbour and St Ives town, Over the Harbour is a modern contemporary apartment offering all the modern comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. 

Finished to a very high standard, the property has French doors leading to a Juliet balcony where you can breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the sights of the stunning harbour and the town. 

The large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area has a larder fridge and a small freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave.  Spacious worktops with harbour views are perfect for pouring a glass of chilled wine whilst looking out over the harbour.   The lounge area features ample, comfortable, leather seating, a smart TV, blu-ray player and dining area.

The roomy main bedroom has a king size 5ft bed with a cd player / radio and hairdryer.  The second bedroom has twin beds (3ft).  The shower room had a large cubicle, wash basin w/c and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Accessibility: 19 steps to the entrance - may not be suitable for people with mobility concerns.

Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.  Short walk to St Ives Town and the beach.

A fabulously well appointed apartment, with amazing views across the harbour - if only we could have bottled that view! Will definitely be back, and have already recommended to others.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The accommodation was very clean. The location and view were fantastic. The road was noisy even with the windows closed but we expected this due to its position right on the main road into town. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely property with a great view and good location for bus and train. A bit of maintenance needed on the patio to stop the draught especially in the colder months. Other than that we would stay there again.

Absolutely outstanding property, beautiful decorated with lovely artwork on the walls, very well equipped beautiful kitchen. Fantastic view and very close to all of St Ives facilities, couldnt ask for more

The flat is very well appointed and has everything you might need; a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Over and above that is the location - just a short walk from the railway station and bus stop and all the following amenities barely minutes away - at least 3 pubs, 2 mini-supermarkets, Indian restaurant, Chinese takeawayRead more, proper butcher's shop, Boots Chemists and numerous independent shops catering for a variety of needs. Great view over the harbour too! Hide
