Overlooking the golden sands of Porthmeor, a perfect base to enjoy the famous surfing beach and the coastal walks.

The bright and airy open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area is stylish yet comfortable.  The kitchen is equipped with everything the budding chef needs, an Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher and pod coffee machine.  The lounge has a TV/DVD Player and extensive views across the bay from the patio doors which lead onto the balcony with table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining. Off the entry hall is a Shower Room with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The open staircase off the lounge (not suitable for very young children) leads to an extended gallery bedroom with a king size bed (5ft), 2 x 3ft divans and wash basin. A sliding door separates the double and single beds for added privacy. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.  WiFi included.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This flat's balcony is directly over the beach and wonderful for watching sunsets. The flat is well appointed and has everything you will need for a super beach holiday.

This is a gorgeously appointed flat with an outstanding view over Porthminster beach When the tide is in its like being on board a ship. We love the place and have been coming back over several years. We have been with our grown up children, a German friend and this year just the two of us occupying the whole of the generous upstairs space.

We have been returning to this particular flat for something like 20 years now and there is a very good reason. Unbeatable views, direct beach access, parking, well equipped, convenient for access to amenities and always clean. Even if the weather is not good, the flat is the perfect place to watch the sea from. Well be back.
