A super first floor apartment situated on the seaward side of Carbis Bay with stunning sea views across the shared garden and woodland towards St Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There is a footpath from the garden down to the beautiful golden, sandy beach at Carbis Bay which is approximately a 4-minute walk away. 

Trenance, 2 Godrevy Court is situated at the bottom of a steep driveway and there are six steps down and six steps up to first floor entrance:

Kitchen: With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Living/Dining Area: With comfy sofa and TV, dining table and chairs. Patio doors onto balcony.

Balcony: With outside furniture and sea views over the shared garden towards St Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse.

Bedroom: With king size (5ft) bed, TV and DVD player.

Bathroom: Including shower, wash basin and WC.

Parking: Allocated on site parking for one car (space no. 2).

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating electric.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

The property was very nicely furnished and decorated and the views from the balcony were amazing. It was convenient for the railway station and the beach as long as you are reasonably fit.

Apartment was absolutely lovely, so well equipped. We loved the proximity to Carbis beach and the railway station. St Ives is stunning!! The only thing we weren't prepared for was how very hilly it is. We have returned home fitter than we were.

Very clean, well equipped accommodation. Beautiful view with close proximity to Carbis Bay beach and train station. The train negated the need to drive and attempt to park. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Warm, very clean and well appointed apartment for my husband and I. Bed very comfortable. Views of St Ives Bay tremendous. Short walk to Carbis Bay station a bonus, saves trying to park in St Ives. We had a wonderful week, thanks.

The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was available, and it was all in a wonderfully clean and tidy environment which makes you relax into your holiday immediately. Nothing worse than having to get the vacuum out and start cleaning when you arrive at a rental property - and we certainly didn't need to do that herRead moree! All the extra little touches from the owners (welcome package of milk, tea, cookies etc) were well received. We would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. Hide

Godrevy court has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The location is amazing and so close to the beach, coastal path to st Ives and the train station too.

Immaculately presented and stylish property with many thoughtful additions and decorations. With the beach and railway station no more than 5 minutes walk from the property it was a perfect location. Absolutely nothing to criticise and we look forward to returning.

This holiday property is excellent , clean well looked after . It has everything you need , well equipped I can't think of anything else you would need . It is a very quiet and secluded location with great views over the sea . Just a few minutes walk down to the carbis bay beach, Would definitely stay again .

Beautiful location just a short walk to the beach. Lovely accommodation with a pretty view of the sea across well maintained gardens. Having dedicated parking is an added bonus. Great all round package and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our week at Trenance. It is very well located, not far from Carbis Bay beach and only a short train journey away from St Ives (or you could walk there along the South West Coastal path). The property looks over the sea (with binoculars provided to look out for passing boats and possibly dolphins) and is nicely decorated with some intereRead moresting sea-themed artworks. The bed could have been more comfortable especially as the pillows were rather thin. It would have been helpful to have had tablets for the dishwasher and a spare toilet roll but these are minor quibbles. Finally, as others have mentioned, the property is on a hill so its not suitable for people with limited mobility. Hide

Minor points. A washing machine would have been handy and neighbouring property scaffold remained, but as it didn't hugely affect view or holiday didn't feel need to raise it. Was informed of scaffold prior to arrival anyway so wasn't a surprise. All in all a lovely property and location
