A super first floor apartment situated on the seaward side of Carbis Bay with stunning sea views across the shared garden and woodland towards St Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There is a footpath from the garden down to the beautiful golden, sandy beach at Carbis Bay which is approximately a 4-minute walk away. 

Trenance, 2 Godrevy Court is situated at the bottom of a steep driveway and there are six steps down and six steps up to first floor entrance:

Kitchen: With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. 

Living/Dining Area: With comfy sofa and Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Patio doors onto balcony.

Balcony: With outside furniture and sea views over the shared garden towards St Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse.

Bedroom: With king size (5ft) bed, Smart TV and DVD player.

Bathroom: Including shower, wash basin and WC.

Parking: Allocated on site parking for one car (space no. 2).

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating electric.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

A really lovely apartment to stay in Carbis Bay minutes from the beach and the train No need to drive once your parked up Weve been staying at Trenance for a few years now and keep coming back !

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach, railway station and coastal path with stunning views of Carbis Bay and across to Godrevy Lighthouse. Sad to leave such a lovely place.

Having stayed in this property for many years we were looking forward to returning again this year. Sadly inconsiderate neighbours in the apartment below spoilt our holiday.

The flat was well equipped and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the lounge and balcony. Lovely to wake up and enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony overlooking the water.

As soon as we entered the apartment we were impressed, it was clean & fresh, light & airy, beautifully furnished and in the most beautiful location. You have views & sounds of the ocean. To reach the beach & train station, you simply walk through a private gate in the garden and after 5 minutes you reach either beach or station. No long walks up a Read moresteep footpath. The road down to the apartment is extremely steep but that wouldnt stop me from returning. If the weather isnt good for sunbathing there are some beautiful coastal walks, or a 5 minute train to St Ives to look around shops. We were fortunate to have beach weather. Carbis Bay is a beautiful sandy beach with great facilities and we cannot wait to return. Hide

The property was very nicely furnished and decorated and the views from the balcony were amazing. It was convenient for the railway station and the beach as long as you are reasonably fit.

Apartment was absolutely lovely, so well equipped. We loved the proximity to Carbis beach and the railway station. St Ives is stunning!! The only thing we weren't prepared for was how very hilly it is. We have returned home fitter than we were.

Very clean, well equipped accommodation. Beautiful view with close proximity to Carbis Bay beach and train station. The train negated the need to drive and attempt to park. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Warm, very clean and well appointed apartment for my husband and I. Bed very comfortable. Views of St Ives Bay tremendous. Short walk to Carbis Bay station a bonus, saves trying to park in St Ives. We had a wonderful week, thanks.

The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was available, and it was all in a wonderfully clean and tidy environment which makes you relax into your holiday immediately. Nothing worse than having to get the vacuum out and start cleaning when you arrive at a rental property - and we certainly didn't need to do that herRead moree! All the extra little touches from the owners (welcome package of milk, tea, cookies etc) were well received. We would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. Hide

Godrevy court has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The location is amazing and so close to the beach, coastal path to st Ives and the train station too.

This holiday property is excellent , clean well looked after . It has everything you need , well equipped I can't think of anything else you would need . It is a very quiet and secluded location with great views over the sea . Just a few minutes walk down to the carbis bay beach, Would definitely stay again .

Beautiful location just a short walk to the beach. Lovely accommodation with a pretty view of the sea across well maintained gardens. Having dedicated parking is an added bonus. Great all round package and would definitely recommend.
