This delightful, four storey character cottage retains many of its original features and is situated just off the harbour front only a minutes walk to the town and beaches.

The entrance from Church Place leads into the open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner which has a TV and electric fire. The modern Kitchen area has Induction Hob, Electric Oven, Fridge with ice box, Washing Machine, compact Dishwasher and Microwave. Stairs lead down to a basement which has an alternative seating area and  Ensuite which is fitted with a shower cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. A door takes you via a private, shared lane onto the pretty, cobbled Baileys Lane. On the first floor there is a Twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and a family bathroom with a bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Steep, narrow stairs lead to the double aspect master bedroom which has a king size bed bed, sea glimpse and Ensuite with porthole window, shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, large heated towel rail and sea views over the rooftops to Porthminster Beach.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: Less than 50 metres to Harbour and 145 metres to Porthmeor Beach.     Pub: Less than 60 metres.    Shops: 50 metres.

9 Church Place has a perfect location, beautifully clean with excellent kitchen appliances and range of utensils. Bed really comfy with good crisp linen. Top floor walk in shower was fabulous. Stairs to both floors are steep so you just take your time and dont rush.

This property is great value for money, in an excellent location, has everything you need for a relaxing stay and by far the best in the 20 years I've stayed in St Ives.
