Changeover Day: Saturday.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi included. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking space located at the Railway Station Car Park. (Length 15ft, Width 8ft 5ins approx). Lovely place in great location. Fold down beds in lounge were a great idea to maximise sleeping space. The property did look tired and we felt it needed updating.

I have stayed in Flat 2 Chy Rosewarne a few times now and its location in St Ives really cant be beaten and it comes with a parking space at the station car park, which is easily accessed. The bed is super comfy with good quality bed linen being provided.

This property is in a perfect location. Not suitable for anyone who find steps difficult.. The beds are excellent as are the kitchen appliances. Overall really good but tired.

Outstanding location with a perfect vista! Prime car parking facility! Gorgeous retro bathroom, loved it! The extra beds were a fabulous addition, so easy and comfortable, great idea! We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is adorable and very comfortable. The location is perfect for harbour views and people watching. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the owners have thoughtfully used good quality bedding. I wish I could get my towels at home as white and fluffy as theirs were. I have been coming to St Ives for nearly 60 years and this apartmenRead moret is the most comfortable place I have stayed in, for me it was a real home from home feeling. I will definitely be booking again for next year as soon as I saved some pennies. Hide
