Perched high above the Granite and Blue elvin rocks and on the waters edge Dolphin is a compact, well equipped, second floor apartment that commands stunning views of the town and harbour. With beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants nearly on your door step it's a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.

Two flights of stairs in the communal hallway take you up to the top floor and entrance to Dolphin. On entering the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner the first thing you see is the magnificent far reaching views of the Harbour, town and across to Hayle towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a TV, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. In the light and airy bedroom is a 4ft 6in and the en-suite comprises of a Shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: Adults only. No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies.

We were absolutely thrilled with our little nest for a week in May. Close to all amenities and the beautiful beaches. Whether day or night the views from the windows were breath taking. Well worth having a look in the darkest hrs of the night to see the white shadows (seagulls)flying low over the sea and beaches. Equipment and furniture good qualRead moreity and well presented. One downside is you cant park outside but the best carpark to use is the train station one. We will travel lighter on our next visit to this little haven x thankyou so much Hide

We had a lovely week in this property, we would hope to stay there again , the only thing to think about is if you can manage the 2 sets of stairs as they are quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was 10/10

Fabulous view, come sun or windy weather and rough sea. A little bit noisy with the flat roof in very heavy rain.

The views from the living area are outstanding. It is also quiet considering it is located by a popular walkway to the beach. We were there at the end of June before high season. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is fab. Unfortunately we werent aware that you could reserve parking at the nearby station car park which would have been ideal as the moment you leave it is very unlikely that you will get a space on your return. You would therefore have to park much further away. Therefore we did feel a bit tied to St Ives.
