This four storey cottage is situated in a narrow cobbled lane, just a few steps from the Harbour. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of its original features and character.

Entrance from Baileys Lane into Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer drier, dishwasher, microwave and TV. Stairs to first floor Lounge/Dining room with TV/DVD player, ipod docking station and WiFi. Shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, shaver point and heated towel rail. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and TV/DVD player. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc, shaver point and heated towel rail. Stairs to third floor attic bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed TV and sea views to Harbour and beyond.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies. Parking for 1 car in space number 4 at Porthgwidden Car Park. A parking pass will be issued on arrival.

Fantastic location with the added bonus of a parking space at Porthgwidden. We had a lovely holiday, with everything you could need apart from fantastic weather! Lots of stairs so perhaps not great for those with mobility issues, however, my 91 year old mum managed ok, although there was a few grumbles at times. Only negative for all of us weRead morere the pillows. They were not the best. Hide

We absolutely loved Opeway Cottage! We've been going to St Ives for years with our children and this year the boyfriends wanted to come along, so we were looking for a bigger property. Opeway suited us all perfectly and we have come home with some very special memories. The location was perfect for us, and even though it is very near Fore street, bRead moreecause it isn't accessible by car, the property is really quiet....which was a huge surprise. We are in the holiday business ourselves and have high standards, but Opeway couldn't be faulted. The linen was fabulous too and the two beautiful bathrooms were a huge surprise! We've always had quite basic accommodation in St Ives so really appreciated a great shower ! Thank you so much! Opeway will be top of our list next time we visit! Hide

Great cottage with everything we needed. Ideally located for exploring all of the beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. We had a great time.

Comfortable property in a great location. Yes, there are a lot of narrow stairs and the top bedroom does have some sloping ceilings but that did not really bother us, but may be a factor for others. The bathrooms were particularly nice. Comfortable beds, on the firm side if that's an important factor for anyone.

Fantastic location, easy to get to Fore street and the harbour. Excellent having an allocated car parking space. Bumped our heads a few times on the low ceilings of the top bedroom so moved down to the middle floor. Cottage included everything you would need including two bathrooms.

Had a really enjoyable holiday. The cottage was as described on the website and was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The only suggestion I would make is maybe having blinds in the kitchen as felt very exposed as people could see in when walking by and also felt worse at night with the lights on however this didnt tRead moreake anything away from how lovely the cottage is. The location was perfect for us as close to the harbour front and the shops and restaurants. Would stay here again. Hide
