Spend quality time with your loved one at this wonderful top-floor apartment which boasts amazing sea views across to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond and is situated in a popular seaside resort. St Ives has something for everyone, with an eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants for every appetite, and several museums and galleries for art lovers. It is also home to four stunning, sandy, golden beaches. Whether you prefer to sunbathe, try out surfing, or enjoy the art scene, there is something for everyone.  This property also benefits from fast full fibre wifi for all your business or entertainment needs.  

Access is up two levels from the parking area, with allocated space.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area:  The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and Smart TV. There is also a comfy sofa and beautiful panoramic views across St Ives Bay.
Bedroom: Light and airy bedroom with double bed (4' 6)
Bathroom: With shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

Parking: Reserved parking in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No 54. Dimensions of the space are width 2.35 metres at it's narrowest point; length 5 metres; height, no restriction as the car park is in the open air. It should be noted that there is a wall to the rear of the space and to one side.

This is a lovely place to stay - always clean, comfortable and welcoming with beautiful views of Porthminster Beach and in a good location . We would like to see the check in time improve to 3pm or earlier. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Flat is lovely. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. View is wonderful. Parking space was very tight and we have a normal size car.

This property was perfectly placed. The location was brilliant. The apartment was on the small side for two adults and two pre teens so I would say ideal for a couple and no more. Views from the apartment were stunning. Property is close by to everything you need -shops, super market, beach, bus, trains, restaurants etc. The hills and steps are a gRead moreiven so be prepared for a short walk up the hill from the beach. St Ives overall was impressive and Id 100% book again. The allocated parking is a must have. Not sure what we would have done without it. The apartment is in the perfect location as not to have to drive down the very narrow and difficult roads Hide
