An attractive split-level ground floor apartment situated close to the car park at the Island end of Island Road. This former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully modernised and furnished and is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the family beach of Porthgwidden and popular surfing beach of Porthmeor. It is conveniently close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

Entrance into Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine. Bedroom with 3ft pine bunks. Bathroom including mains shower over bath and wc. From the kitchen/diner 4 steps leading into the lounge with TV, DVD player. Also on this level is the main bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent; central heating.
Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.

The location was great and couldn't complain about the cottage itself only downside was with a family who were staying above us at 14 island road we could here lots of loud banging on multiple occasions and this affected our stay it's a shame as the cottage was really nice and welcoming so I hope this feedback can help solve this issue especially aRead mores I had younger children with me but great location and noise of road wasn't to bad as we spent alot of the time outside Hide

Excellent location, roomy and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds, bedding and towels all good quality. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cottage equipped with all you would need. My only comment would be to perhaps show in the handbook where the cooker switches on if turned off at the mains. Never had a problem before when staying there but this year it had been turned off with a switch at the top of the wall by the main outdoor.
