Entrance from street level up 24 steps. Lounge/Diner, 25 feet long with double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo and sliding patio doors leading onto a balcony and terrace with stunning sea views. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and sea view. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc.  Discounted green fees are available for Upper Seafarer guests at the West Cornwall Golf Club, Lelant, St Ives TR26 3DZ.

We had a lovely family holiday at Upper Seafarer with our two young children. The apartment was lovely and the view absolutely wonderful. Lovely decor and very comfortable. The welcome biscuits, tea, coffee and milk were a nice touch and much appreciated after a long journey. Saturday night was noisy and you could hear people walking by/ talking/Read more music playing on Fore Street, but every other night was pretty quiet - it never disturbed us much and we slept well. Theres a lot of stairs (to be expected, its on 2nd floor!) but theres good handrails and we managed with our pushchair. It was handy having our own landing space to leave the pushchair folded, shoes and coats etc.) I think young families could find the stairs tricky with a pushchair - we mainly left the pushchair and just carried the baby in his carrier. The views really made our stay and watching the sun rise from the patio doors/ balcony was incredible. It was really great that the owners have left beach mat, windbreak, bucket & spade and a couple of deckchairs there to borrow - my 4 year old was very pleased with the bucket and spade and fishing net!! Excellent location. Comfortable flat with outstanding views from the balcony. We have enjoyed many visits over the years to Upper Seafarer and intend to enjoy many more.

Fantastic views, beautiful flat, location brilliant The accommodation is bright and decorated beautifully. Everything you need to be comfortable for a family holiday. Central to everything, cafes, beaches restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Fantastic views and nice balcony to sit out if weather holds (November visit). Great location in autumn months when streets are less busy. Can be noisy early morning with bin collections - but as expected given its on Fore street. Well stocked kitchen with ample crockery, glasses, T-towels, clearing materials etc. - much better than most of the Read moremany other properties we've stayed in. Highly recommended. Hide

Fantastic apartment, view was wonderful, enjoyed watching tides and activity in the harbour. Great to have selection of shops, restaurants and galleries on our doorstep. Came by train, easy walking distance to station and therefore no hassle with parking etc.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds and bedding were lovely . Having a balcony was great. Being on the main street was both good and bad. Good to be in the middle of it and going shopping was so nice, but early morning binmen at 5.30 everyday was a wake up call, people late at night after being in the pub walking home on tRead morehe street was noisy, obviously nothing can be done about this but it was a bit noisier than I expected. Overall it was a fantastic stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be in the middle of St ives. Hide

We loved this flat. I was a little bit apprehensive that the flat may feel a bit cold/ damp because of the time of year. This was not the case at all. The accommodation was warm, cosy and smelled fresh. We loved the sea view and spent so much time sitting in the window. Location was central and perfect.

A lovely well-equipped flat in a central location with great views. Welcome with all needed for cup of tea and biscuit. Mid winter and a little on the cold side for us oldies. Also noise from refuse collectors early, but nothing can be done about that. This was our second visit and highly recomended.

Lovely property. Great views. Would most definitely stay here again. Previous occupants has commented about noise - no more than expected if you wish to stay in heart if beautiful St Ives.

Lovely clean apartment, with one of best views in St Ives, so handy for everything. We found beds comfortable, and slept well. Expect to be worked up by the bin men every morning though! However did find that it was lacking in some standard items you would expect for the price- dishwasher tablets, hand soap, more than one roll of toilet paper!!!

Great location although very noisy in the late evening early morning! Views are amazing the comfiest bed was the sofa pull out!

Lovely 3 night stay. Cottage was spacious, clean and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful views of the sea and harbour from verandas leading from patio doors in front room.
