Situated directly on the harbour front this second floor apartment boasts superb views across the harbour, town and across to Porthminster Beach from both the spacious living area and main bedroom.

From the small communal courtyard directly off the harbour 12 steps take you up to the front door, then 12 stairs, fitted with a stairgate at the top take you to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge with wide opening windows (not suitable to be left open with young children) to enjoy the fantastic views has a TV, DVD player, CD player and double sofa bed for alternative sleeping. The well equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/drier and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and a window with harbour views. Accessed through the main bedroom is the second bedroom with Bunk beds (top bunk has restricted head room). Also accessed through the same bedroom is the bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and wc.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bed and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Great little apartment in a first class location. Apartment is a bit tired/dated in places and the double bed is tiny.

Fabulous location, however the carpets and furniture are tired. It was very cold requiring extra portable heaters from Original Cottages. The bathroom is especially cold and the shower leaks. The radiators are full of dust.

This property has everything you need to maximise a stay in St. Ives. The location and views are perfect. It is very well equipped for cooking or local eateries are a short stroll away. Comfortable and relaxing holiday will definatley return.

Perfect location and the views are fantastic. The apartment has everything you need and a great place to base yourself from. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Sad to have come home and look forward to returning here soon.

Fantastic location. Town and eateries very close within easy walking distance. We parked in Island car park, 2 minutes walk & gets very busy, which cost just 26.30 for the week. However when booking this it doesnt start until the next day so pre book through Cornwall council, Just Park app. A welcome pack, tea ,coffee etc would have been nice on arRead morerival especially after long journey. Would recommend taking a couple of your own chairs to sit out on the wharf as benches get very busy and deckchairs cost 1.50 an hour or 7 for whole day. Hide

We love St Ives and hopefully be able to have a holiday in St Ives next year. Upper Chy is the perfect base. The view over the harbour is stunning and we will definitely be back.

We are very regular visitors to this beautiful flat. It is so welcoming and comfortable and the location and views are unbeatable. We have stayed in other accommodation over the years but to us, this flat is the very best!
