Situated in a fantastic position on the Warren right on the waters edge and above the rocks Beach Hut is a quirky, well equipped, ground floor apartment which boasts stunning views across the harbour and beyond.

The entrance on the Warren takes you into a communal hall. From there you enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and double sofa bed. A comfortable window seat allows you to sit and watch the waves crash against the rocks below. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and en-suite which comprises of a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Please note that one of the beds is the double sofa bed in the lounge. Mobile phone reception varies.

Lovely location with great views but still close to town and transport. Really convenient parking with the station car park close by, you could travel here by car or train quite easily. Definitely worth a stay there are so many great places to go out for food and drinks, beaches all within 5 minutes walk.

I love this flat and have stayed in it many times. The view is amazing, and it's peaceful, cosy and bright. lovely comfortable new bed, and new cushions, pretty table mats and a great TV and kettle, homely mugs and even a radio. It was my 20th year of coming here and the owners had left me a nice card, flowers and chocolates. Wow, and thank you !

The amazing sea and harbour views make this a wonderful place to stay. There was some noise from guests moving around in the apartment above but the location was perfect for us.

We have stayed at the Beach Hut several times. This time due to some disability we spent more time indoors than previously and became aware of the discomfort. The location, of course, remains superb

We loved our time at Crab Rock 1. Directly overlooking the ocean and with a view of the harbour opposite and just a few minutes walk from Porthminster Beach, the location was absolutely perfect! We spent a lot of time simply sat in the cushioned window alcoves watching life on the ocean and the tide coming and going. We are a family of three , witRead moreh our son (7yrs). The apartment is fairly small but enough space for us, with the sofa bed providing the second bed. Kitchen was well appointed and functioned very well and we felt the apartment represented excellent value for money. Hide
