This comfortably furnished apartment offers superb sea views over Porthminster Beach toward Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The golden, sandy beaches, scenic St Ives coastal branch line and all the town has to offer are just a few minutes walk away.

Access by way of a few steps from the free parking area at the rear of the apartments.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: With fabulous sea views, sofa, OLED TV with Google Chromecast and Blu-Ray player. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and halogen hob, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and chairs for up to four guests.

Bathroom: Including shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom: With a double bed (4ft 6in), chest of drawers, plentiful storage in the fitted wardrobes and wall-mounted flat screen TV. 

Parking: Reserved parking for one car in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No. 46.
Heating: Wall heaters throughout and electric stone effect fire.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

A lovely apartment to call home for a week. Great location just a walk to the beach and many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the bus stop and train station incredibly close. Clean and comfy with an amazing view from the front window.

Great location and view. Clean and comfortable flat. Due to the location and depending on wind the seagulls can splatter the windows but they are easily cleaned from inside the property. This was important to me as I loved taking photos of the sunrises and ever-changing view out to Godrevy Lighthouse. Easy numbered parking space for this flat - besRead moret to reverse park as it's easy to get out that way. There's a shared launderette that used to be coin-operated but is now more straightforward with a card. We've stayed here a couple of times and look forward to coming again! Hide

A very well equipped flat, the tea and coffee supplied were a nice touch, the bed was comfortable, the bedroom had more than ample storage, the living room overlooked the beach and the train station, loved the beach theme, all in all a very good plac e to stay.

We were very happy with this flat. Perfectly clean and well equipped (kitchen utensils etc). The information file gave us clear info about anything functional we needed to know. The heating worked well. The electric heaters worked very efficiently and speedily warmed the space. As our stay was early January, this had been a concern! Absolutely no pRead moreroblem. It kept us warmer than in our own house!!! The view of Porthminster beach is absolutely wonderful and, even in the winter weather, the changing colours of sky and sea were captivating. Storm Goretti happened during our stay. No problems for us in the flat but we were very impressed that the booking agency called us the morning after, to check that everything was ok. Great location for walking into St Ives centre and to all the beaches. We were very pleased to have an allocated parking space right outside the building. Thats a big plus. Hide

A fabulous apartment! Spotlessly clean and very well equipped throughout, down to hooks on the backs of doors, mirrors where you'd want them, plenty of coat hangers, bins in each room etc. Having a parking space was a huge bonus, and only a 10 minute walk to the shops/town/harbour. The station is even closer but no train noise at all. Note that it Read moreis all downhill into town or the station - meaning that it's all uphill back! The bed was really comfy and lots of storage in the bedroom. Finally, the best view ever from the lounge window! Hide

Second stay at this flat. Fantastic views from the window far over St Ives Bay, and Porthminster beach which is in front of the flat. The flat is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We would very much like to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment with stunning views over the beach and bay. It was a very comfortable stay with all the necessary facilities to hand for a self catering holiday. A lovely comfortable apartment with great views out of the living room. Everything required was in the apartment except a hoover. Be prepared for steep hills and a lot of steps to get back to the apartment from the town centre and railway station.

Great location and views of sunrise over Carbis Bay. We saw seals on several days from the apartment window. Handy for the bus station and train station but the walk to/from town might be a problem with limited mobility - either steep road or a couple of flights of steps to Carrack Widden. Good parking slot for this flat.
