Occupying a central point in the town, this superb harbour side flat enjoys stunning views over both the harbour and out towards the Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The open plan living at the front of the property allows you to fully appreciate the panoramic views. The room itself is light, bright and has the added benefit of windows which fully open to allow the sea air to drift in. Next to the Sloop, and seconds from the beach, the flat is on the second floor of the historical Harts building and is reached via a rear access which has 4 steps to the front door and 14 stairs to the flat.

The lounge has exceptional dual aspect views which come with a property in such an enviable position and is equipped with a TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen diner also enjoys incredible views over the town and harbour, which can be enjoyed while either standing in the kitchen or sitting at the dining room table and taking it all in. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The master bedroom, which is also bright and enjoys great views, has a 4ft 6in divan bed. The second bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds while the shower room has a power shower with cubicle, wash basin and WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No Garden and no parking - but public pay & display car parks nearby - the nearest are The Island Car Park

Beautiful views of the harbour - every window is like a picture. Next to the sloop but noise didnt bother us on our stay. This is the third year running that we have stayed in this apartment. The only reason being the fantastic views of the harbour and location, possibly the best in St Ives. All the bed linen and towels were fantastically clean. All the beds clean and comfortable. Unfortunately in all that time there doesn't seem to have been a penny spent on any Read morerepairs, renovation or furniture. The same light bulbs that were out on year one are still out, in fact a few added to that. The same double glazed window with the sign saying 'do not open, waiting repair', still has the same notice and problem of the draught coming in. The old rusty radiators have still not been replaced. This year we visited earlier than previous and the central heating was totally inadequate, in fact I bought a fan heater to back up the one we found in a cupboard. The double glazing is again inadequate with the wind blowing in from the sea. There is no washing machine or dishwasher. If you are prepared to accept the basic accommodation for the magnificent views I would recommend this property. Hide

A lovely view and flat nicely furnished however you need to be prepared for the noise from the extraction flue from the cafe below.
