Overlooking one of the most popular of St Ives beaches, Porthmeor, the apartment enjoys breath-taking sea views and a private balcony to take in one of our famous sunsets.
The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner comprises of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge, TV, DVD player and a large picture window to take in the stunning beach views, and access onto the private balcony. Off the entry hall, there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC facilities. The open staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads to an extended gallery bedroom with a 5ft bed, 2 x 3ft beds and wash basin. Folding doors separate the King Size bed and the singles for added privacy. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting. Private Parking is available in a nearby garage.
