Situated on a quiet street in a secluded part of Downalong, this spacious grade II listed former fisherman's cottage is in easy reach of the shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. A stylish period property but with modern facilities make it the perfect holiday retreat. Cars can easily pull up outside to unload and it is suitable for both summer and winter occupancy. The nearby reserved parking space gives guests total freedom to come and go throughout the day. Stress free parking is a big bonus in St Ives.

Ground Floor: Open plan country kitchen with oak worktop, double electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwave and washer/drier. Large lounge with gas cast iron stove, Smart TV, integrated CD player/DAB radio and Ipod dock audio system. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wall mounted SMART TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bedroom with 4ft bed. Large bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. All bedrooms are carpeted and there is a storage cupboard on the landing.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the price. Central heating.
Parking: Price includes a reserved parking space for 1 car (permit required), located approx. 100m away, overlooking Porthgwidden Beach
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided (Superfast Broadband). Short Breaks considered on request, please contact office to enquire.

We couldnt work the fire, the pilot light didnt seem to be working. Or maybe it was just us. We found the cottage to be really comfortable and the location is great.

A lovely cottage in a great location for beaches and town. A real bonus having a reserved parking space close by. The cottage had very comfortable beds and sofas we felt very cosy at all times. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house. The three bedrooms were brilliant sizes and we absolutely loved the kitchen. Great location if youre wanting to stay near Porthgwidden. We loved our stay - thank you.

Excellent holiday property extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Perfectly positioned for ease to all beaches especially Porthgwidden and also the harbour front. Will definitely visit again . Car parking was an added bonus.

This was our first visit to this property, we were very pleased with its position and it was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the parking space was a great treat. St Ives is now becoming a car parking no go zone and an unnecessary added stress to a holiday, so a parking space is a big plus. A very quaint and cosy stay and have rebooked forRead more Spring 24.
