A modern, well-presented apartment offering superb, uninterrupted sea views across Porthminster Beach toward Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.  This well-equipped property is ideal for two adults looking for a convenient location, close to Porthminster Beach and the pretty St Ives to St Erth branch line. The centre of town is only a few minutes’ walk away, where you can explore the independent shops, artists’ studios, galleries and museums for which St Ives is so well-known. When it comes to dining you will be spoilt for choice with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Key local attractions include the Tate Gallery, The Leach Pottery and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.

Excellent position in town and full of essential equipment required. Slightly noisier this year as there were quite a few workmen in the other flats, but didnt disturb us too much.

A comfortable and nicely sized apartment for a couple or single person with the benefit of private parking. Great location. A little finessing would go a long way.

We always have a great stay in 31 Carrack. Always clean and comfy with that brilliant view. Great to know our car is safe in under building parking.
