This ground floor studio style flat is situated in a fantastic position directly on the harbour front, making it a great location to relax and take in the views of the harbour and town.

The stable door takes you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large windows to sit and enjoy the superb views of St Ives. The lounge area has a Smart TV for watching some entertainment at the end of a busy day. The modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. The sleeping area has a 6ft "zip and link" bed which can separated to make 2 x 3ft beds (Please inform us when booking if you would prefer the beds as two singles). The shower room has a shower, wc and wash basin.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

Probably one of the best outlooks on the harbour, well situated for everything you want, ideal for a couple for a few days of a weeks break, we have stayed there before for the view and position, now looking a little "tired" for the price paid

Very pleasant accommodation, right on the wharf, with beautiful views of the harbour. While very small, the space works well and was very comfortable. Will definitely return.

This was an excellent cottage, extremely comfortable and in an ideal location for a holiday in St Ives. The location provides good access to beaches, shops and restaurants.

This is utter heaven. Beautifully furnished and equipped, and great use of space. Suoerb shower. So sad to leave and I hope to be back in the autumn. I think it's the only place in St Ives where you can step out ofbthe door onto the wharf- and the quiet end too! , and sit outside. It was sunny all day until evening. And just a few minutes walk fromRead more watching the sunset at Porthmeor and the sunrise from the harbour wall. A little shop just a few minutes away, and great cafes etc right there. What a find. After moving out of a similar well equipped apartment this was disappointing. Lack of crockery and utensils. We had to buy more mugs to make use of the dishwasher. Wonderful views. We had to crawl up the bed to get in and out as gap too small at either side. Please note if you have mobility issues. Bed was comfortable. Spoilt by well worn pillows Read more. Settee well worn. The cottage itself needs updating to reflect the price that is being asked for IE furniture and damp problems in living room area and bedroom
