Overlooking 'Market Place' in the centre of town this apartment offers comfortable accommodation, perfectly situated for couples that enjoy eating out, walking or just relaxing with a book.

From the communal hallway there are 33 steps to the second floor. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping arrangements) TV, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and sea glimpses to enjoy. The shower room is fitted with a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail and there is a 4ft 6" double bed in the bedroom.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Very clean and accessible for town. main drawback was sloping floor diagonally in main living area.This caused us both to trip on the the step up to the entrance and bathroom.Needs highlighting which we did with yellow laundry bags. otherwise adequate for the the rental cost.

Its a good flat in a central location, easy access to all beaches, people should not be put off by how busy the location is during the day as come evening all becomes much quieter

Excellent location (less than a minutes walk from the harbour and Fore St), comfortable bed and clean throughout. There is noise from the street below in the living space in the evening, but the bedroom is peaceful and quiet.

Location in the middle of Stives, close to Harbour & beach. Nights might be disturbed by pub visitors (& seagulls!)

The location is excelent, close to all amenities. I travelled by public transport and it was easy to get to both the train station and bus station. The apartment is basic, but was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would recommend!
