Set in one of St Ives most sought after locations this first and second floor apartment offers superb views of Porthmeor from the beach level balcony to the lounge and main bedroom.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a split level cooker, microwave and fridge, double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, DAB stereo and access to the lovely beach side balcony. An open tread staircase (may not be suitable for very young children) leads up to the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with commanding views of the beach has a 5ft bed, TV and ensuite with shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. In the second bedroom are two x 3ft single beds, wash basin and a TV. The main bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

We had a lovely stay at 3 Piazza, and will be coming back. Very comfortable beds and settees, a stunning view, peaceful location. We had everything we needed. Bathrooms were lovely. Being able to walk down to the beach in bare feet with a mug of tea and sit on the sand and watch the ocean was priceless. We love staying at #3 Paizza. We have stayed there many weeks over the years. You cannot get a better location and the view over Porthmeor Beach is fabulous. Beware that the undergraound space for your car is tight. Norways Stores, a 30 second walk from the front door, is stocked with most things you would need or you can stop at the large TescoRead more store just before you descend into St Ives. Hide

This is the second property we stayed in piazza and it was ok but felt a little unloved. I have a high standard of cleanliness which I dont expect to be matched and this was ok but could be better. You can hear the flat next door also and the neighbours were heavy footed walking around early and late which wasnt great. The fans for the bathroomsRead more are very loud and water comes out really hot so had to bath my son instead of shower. There is an ant problem so there were always ants in the kitchen and no dishwasher which was unexpected. The view however is fantastic of Porthmeor beach. Hide

We had a very relaxing week. Apartment is in the perfect location. Spent hours on the balcony watching the waves & reading. Great corner shop right behind the apartment. Would recommend The Loft for an evening meal; pricey but delicious. You need change for the washing machine & take your own hand soap as none provided. This rental is all about the location and it really delivers. It has amazing views from the lounge and the bedroom and has a balcony to sit on and watch the waves break on the sand. It is also close to the town centre, has the Norway stores directly opposite, and has parking (more about that in a minute). here is parking underneath the flat but bewRead moreare if you have a SUV as it is not for the fainthearted. The spaces are between concrete pillars. The guidance recommends a small car with good reason. The parking space adjoins another flat's space which happened to have a very large SUV in it when I arrived. Even though it was parked very close to the wall it was a struggle to fit my small car in (VW Polo), let alone get out. I have stayed at other places along the front and their parking is more practical. Hide

We have stayed at #3 Piazza 5 times now. The location is perfect. The view from the apartment is spectacular. You can walk all over St Ives in minutes. We nip over to the Porthmeor Beach Cafe for coffee and crouissants most mornings. Yes, the parking space is very tight but I get my VW T-Cross in every year. The beach comes up to your balconyRead more but you need to go around through a private entrance to get to the beach, which is no problem. We like the location and view so much that we eat most of the time in the apartment. But there are many eating and drinking establishments nearby plus The Norways Store is right behind the Piazza and they have just about anything you need for food, drink and essential items. Hide
