Rivers Reach is a delightful, two-bedroom ground floor apartment situated close to the slipway for the Bodinnick Ferry at the Caffa Mill and dinghy car park near the River Fowey. The property offers good quality accommodation with the benefit of a private parking space and is only a 5 minute easy walk into the town centre of beautiful Fowey with its wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and quays. This ground floor apartment boasts an open plan lounge and dining area with a well equipped compact kitchen. Bedroom one comprises of a double bed and furniture and a second twin bedroom with double doors leading onto a patio area where you can enjoy an alfresco dinner. A beautifully finished family bathroom which is fully tiled with a bath and separate shower complete this lovely little apartment for four. With so much to do in the area Rivers Reach is well-located for days out exploring the surrounding coastline and villages. Take a harbour cruise from the Town Quay in season allowing you to view the town from a different perspective. With a scenic 15-20 minute walk or a short car journey there is a beautiful beach at Readymoney Cove where you can enjoy a family day out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rivers Reach. Was a wonderful location and the car parking was a bonus. The apartment was really warm and cosy. The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely holiday in Fowey. The property was right next to the ferry to Boddenick and a short walk to the centre of Fowey. The private parking was very conveniently in front of the flat. A great location for ease of access to Fowey with a fabulous parking space. The apartment is comfortably furnished and especially has a great bath! Bed is comfy. The kitchen is poorly fitted, cupboard doors do not open and close easily and the dishwasher does not close easily. While the accommodation is very good, the location is not too good for disabled people who need a wheelchair to get about. The streets of Fowey are very narrow and quite steep in places. We struggled into town but had to get the bus back. As long as you are able bodied, this property is ideal.

Loved the cottage so much - hours of fun with the generous supply of games (our 14 year-old playing Trivial Pursuit from 'back in the day' was amazing). We would love to stay here again...and again!
