Overlooking Lusty Glaze beach, this property has immediate access to incredible shoreside activities for guests to enjoy all year round. From summer time acoustic sessions from leading musical artists right on the beach, a variety of gastronomic-foodie inspired events throughout the year, an action packed water sports adventure centre, not to mention the infamous 133 steps leading down to Lusty Glaze Beach Bar & Restaurant - definitely worth the climb back up! Porth is just a few minutes walk in the other direction, a family friendly beach with several cafes.

Kitchen/Diner: Double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, large sliding doors to patio and garden, underfloor heating.
Lounge/Sun Lounge: Woodburner, Sony 49” Premier LED Smart TV with Dolby Atmos sound bar + subwoofer (can be used as Bluetooth speaker), 2 large 3-seat leather sofas and a reclining swivel chair, underfloor heating. Conservatory has a traditional style glass lantern roof, 2 seater sofa and armchair.
TV Lounge: Sony 49" Smart TV and Dolby Atmos soundbar + subwoofer (Bluetooth speaker mode) and large table for games, work or meals, underfloor heating, 2 snuggle chairs.
Bedroom 4: Zip and link beds (3' - may be zip and linked to form 6' super king size - please state preference at time of booking, bedside tables, clothes rail, chest of drawers.

Perfect location between two lovely beaches and really a well-equipped property. Beautiful garden, with a warm outside shower (bliss). Unreserved recommendation for a fantastic family holiday.

A really well appointed, spacious property within a few hundred metres of Lusty Glaze beach. Ideal for a large or extended family. We have just booked again for 2025, our third consecutive year.

The home was really lovely and so spacious. It was so much better than the photos displayed. We loved the decor and feel of the place and the location was ideal. The garden was really large and ideal for our dogs to run around and enjoy. We would recommend this property 100% and will definitely return.

Good pet friendly spacious property within walking distance to Newquay and beaches. Very clean and well equipped. Very nice touch leaving fresh bread etc. for when we arrived. Highly recommend.
