Fab location. Everything is within a 5-10 min walk even the train station. Clean and comfortable little house. Very comfortable beds. Nice and modern. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Being regular visitors to Brighton, Sunnyside is central to everything, station, shops/lanes, restaurants, bars and the pier. We will definitely try and book again.
