This stunningly restored Art Deco property can be found in the Pentire area of Newquay. Attention to detail and with an emphasis on bringing the outside in, Red Rails is truly a unique holiday home. Some of you may well remember seeing it appear on George Clarke’s Old House, New Home as the restoration project was followed by him and his team from start to finish. The house has oodles of space yet with character and charm and an interior styled to make you feel like you are a movie star. The view from the open plan living space is every surfer or storm watcher’s dream. Watching neat sets of Atlantic Rollers or a dramatic storm roll in from out at sea and across the world-famous Fistral beach is one you’ll never forget. However if you’d prefer to experience it from the beach you are a mere 5 minutes’ walk from the steps at South Fistral.

The outside space not only has the huge glass balcony but also a large lawned garden below where you will feel enclosed and sheltered - perfect for barbecuing and a game of bowls or football.

With the fifth bedroom being its own self-contained annex below the main floor of the house, one lucky couple can have their own hideaway retreat. With its own bathroom, kitchenette, TV and lounge area and doors opening on to a view across the garden and Fistral, everyone will want to stay in The Hideaway.  This house will be an experience to stay in - not just a holiday - and one that Cornish Horizons welcomes with great delight. Situated a 15 minute walk to the centre of Newquay means that going out and exploring the town and its beaches couldn’t be easier. With so much to do in Newquay and many new independent restaurants and wine bars such as Tom Thumb, Gilmore's and Rebellion, you will find plenty to fill up your time.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Woodburner, table and chairs for 10, Smeg fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, wall-mounted TV, sliding patio doors to balcony with panoramic views across Fistral Beach with picnic benches and two chairs, stairs down to the garden.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), wardrobe, chest of drawers, sliding curtain to small study area with door to steps down to garden. En Suite Wet Room: Walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c.
Bedroom 2: King size bed (5'), chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, views across Fistral Beach. 
Bedroom 3: Super-king size (6') zip-and-link (can be made into a twin 3' up on request), wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, w.c and sink.

The Hideaway: A private space attached but separate from the house, located on the garden level. 
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Induction hob, sink, microwave oven, dining table and 2 chairs, sofa, TV.
Bedroom 5: Built in king size bed with storage underneath. 
Wet Room: Shower, basin, w.c.
(The Hideaway area has limited head room - approx 6ft in height)

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 3 cars on front driveway, extra on-road parking available on first come first served basis. Large lawned garden with mature hedges to rear. Play house (used at guests own risk).

Pets Welcome: Maximum 3 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week. 
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, wood-burner in lounge, heated towel rail in family and en suite bathrooms, gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Please order linked beds in Bed.3 at the time of booking.
