Apartment 5 The Pottery is a modern two bedroom, two level apartment based in Warfleet on the outskirts of the main town centre of Dartmouth. Dartmouth is a beautiful picturesque location perfect for a family or friends getaway. It is full of restaurants, cafes and historic buildings. There is an abundance of activities available in the town, get involved in the local kayaking club, hire a boat for the day and day trip it to Dittisham enjoy a pub lunch and sail back, catch the Riverboat and Steam Train to Totnes, Paignton or Torquay and much more! Shop to your heart's content in the large array of gift and clothes shops, select some artwork to take home with you to remind you of Dartmouth.

Apartment 5 The Pottery is within a 10 minute walk from the town centre making everything very accessible without having to drive and in the opposite direction take a steady stroll to Dartmouth Castle and sit down to watch the world go by in the Castle Tea Rooms. There's so much to enjoy here on your holiday. This apartment enters on ground level with an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, take a few steps up to reach the first bedroom and family bathroom. Walk downstairs to the lower level and you'll find the second bedroom and an ensuite. The property comes with a juliette balcony in the living space and has it's very own car park space. 

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

Ground Floor

Kitchen/living/dining - Integrated oven, integrated microwave, ceramic induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. The washing machine is located next to the family bathroom in a cupboard. 32" Flat Screen TV with Freesat HD, DVD. 

Bedroom 1 - Double (4'6") bed, one bedside cabinet, wardrobe. 

Family Bathroom - Bath with shower off mixer taps, w.c., hand basin. 

Lower Ground Floor

Bedroom 2 - King (5') bed, single (3') bed, three bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, tall boy chest of drawers, wardrobe. Ensuite - Thermostatic shower (walk in), w.c., hand basin. 

Parking - 1 Designated car park space, this is a car park space and has no cover therefore, a car to the size of a 4x4 will fit into the space. 

 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Underfloor heating throughout the property with additional heaters. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, Please bring your own beach towels. 

Baby Equipment: Travel Cot High Chair; other equipment not provided. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. 

Shop: 0.6 ml Pub: 0.6ml 

Notes - No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Mobile phone signal ranges from none to patchy. Stairgates are not provided due to the width of the staircases, and so parties with children should take additional care.

Short Breaks - Short breaks at a minimum of 3 nights are accepted in low and mid season. 

Pets - 1 dog allowed.

We return each year to this gem of an apartment. Its location is superb, the apartment is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is spotless and being only a 15 minute walk into town, you get the best of both worlds in that its quiet and comfortable but near enough to enjoy all the gloriRead moreous offerings of Dartmouth. A very nice apartment in the Warfleet Pottery building. Good quiet location just a 10 minute walk in to Dartmouth town. On site parking is a major asset. Nicely furnished, very comfy, though showing signs of wear. Most 'mod-cons included, but maybe a coffee Pod machine for the future. Would recommend and definitely return.

Another enjoyable stay at this property and I'm sure we will be back a third time at some point. Location a 15 min stroll through stunning scenery to Dartmouth and a short walk to the coastal path on your doorstep step. Castle 5 mins away. Great parking and secure building. Accommodation very comfortable and homely. We love staying here !!*

Great location. Have stayed in several of these appartments over the years and nice to see this has been refurbished from the original fittings, principally in the bathrooms. The instructions to get to the property were wrong and did not take account of Newcomen Road having been closed for around 2 years. Although we followed the route and were forRead moreced to turn around, we fortunately knew the alternative route, albeit a few miles around. The perfect bolt hole. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, it is modern, spotlessly clean and quietly tucked away from the buzz of Dartmouth town centre. The level parking space is a real bonus! We look forward to visiting it again. The perfect find for what we needed.

A very lovely flat, and although there is no garden, there is a delightful spot to watch the world go by of an evening just a short walk away! The flat is comfortable and stylish - with Dartmouth town centre a short walk down the hill. A very good base for a South Hams holiday.
