Upstairs, three bright and comfortably furnished bedrooms await and offer the perfect space to recharge your batteries after busy days exploring the Suffolk coast. Upstairs is complete with family bathroom.

Wander down to the beach or high street, just a 5 minute stroll away and enjoy the array of unique independent shops or pack a picnic to enjoy on the pebble beach. The nearby children’s play park and tennis courts, just a matter of minutes away, are perfect for an afternoon of fun for the whole family. The younger members of the family will love a stroll to the model yacht pond where they can launch their own boat. The neighbouring village of Thorpeness lies just along the coast and you can choose to reach it by car, bike, or a scenic walk along the coastal path. Thorpeness offers hours of fun for the whole family with its Peter Pan inspired boating lake.

Telford is a really homely, well equipped family holiday home. We have stayed here previously and like the proximity to the town, the supermarkets, the beach, walking. The beds were really comfortable with a choice of duvets, and it was great to come back from hiking to lounge in the spacious, private garden. The property provides games for all Read moreages (we first stayed here just after Covid and these were restricted). The kitchen is well provided for in terms of equipment, crockery and everything needed to rustle up meals. The house is well-placed for visiting neighbouring places - we like Dunwich, Thorpeness, Snape concert hall, Woodbridge, Orford - and LOVE Aldeburgh! Hide

We had a really fantastic stay! The house itself is exactly what we wanted as family of four, it would also work for larger families, big bright rooms, excellent kitchen and bathrooms. The contents really made the difference, we could have turned up with nothing apart from clothes and we would have had everything we needed to keep the family entertRead moreained. The front and back gardens are amazing, room for several cars at the front and a huge area to play in at the back, the lawn games and beach equiptment in the shed are a great addition, our kids really appreciated them. The location is just what we looking for, 5 minutes from the town centre and the beach but far enough away to be quiet. We'd be very happy to return again and again. Hide
