Located just behind the High Street, in the popular Georgian town of Holt, the cottage’s origins can be seen throughout and are artfully showcased, alongside up to date interiors. A real plus for the property is the on site parking spaces to the front of the house, which is a real bonus in a town where parking is at a premium. There is a large, spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and the bedrooms invite you in for a good night’s sleep with their soft colours and pretty décor. There is a small conservatory to relax in too, and a courtyard garden for eating al fresco on warmer days. Holt is a truly delightful town with independent boutique shops, a good food hall, antique and art galleries and numerous pubs, cafés and restaurants, it makes a super base for a north Norfolk holiday and is within easy reach of plenty of attractions in the area. Notes: This is a non-smoking property. In keeping with a property of this age, the stairs are steep and narrow and may not be suitable for the less agile. The conservatory does not have heating. Pillows and duvets are feather filled.
