B12 is a stylish and contemporary lodge, enviably located on the popular Tal y Fan luxury park on an elevated position enjoying uninterrupted sea views towards to the St Tudwals Islands and countryside views towards Llanbedrog headland. 

The lodge offers sleek and modern style decor in cool creams with touches of green in the living areas and opulent purples in the 3 bedrooms. The open plan living area is bright and airy and the large French doors open onto the front sun-soaked balcony bringing the outside inside and framing the stunning views. A great space to enjoy time with the family from breakfast through to an evening cocktail.

Guests gain temporary membership of the Haulfryn Leisure club at The Warren for the duration of their stay, at extra cost.

The van has wonderful views and its location is great! Its small and would be a crush with 6 people but was fine for 3 adults and a dog. Its located on a very steep hill which gives it the fantastic sea views but needs to be noted if you have any mobility issues. We had a lovely holiday there.
