Set moments away from the quayside, with all local facilities either a stroll or a short boat ride away, this gorgeous, stone-built cottage has been beautifully renovated with much thought having gone into the smaller details to ensure an individual feel with some lovely features.

Step through the stable door into a bright, modern and stylish open-plan living room with its plush sofa, feature electric stove and bespoke window shutters. The exposed stonework gives a lovely backdrop to the room, window seats with padded cushions provide extra seating and clever use has been made of the space available. This is sure to be a cottage you’ll fall in love with.

Living/Dining Room: Smart TV with sound bar, dining set, feature electric stove,
Kitchen Area: Belfast sink, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, no laundry facilities available.

FIRST FLOOR:

Great place with parking, very useful. Lots of places to eat out within walking distance. Enjoyed coast path walk to Talland which had a nice cafe. Also walked to Polperro. Likely to return next year or later this year? Looe very busy place so for us we prefer out of season. We had good time, weather was very good for time of year.

the cottage was immaculate with all the facilities you could have wanted the owner ( TID ) came and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything he was such a gentleman i would personally reccomend this beautifull cottage to anyone we will be booking again in a couple of months

We have just come back from a lovely weeks stay at Fairbank Cottage during October half term. We were very lucky with the late summer weather and were lucky enough to see them filming Beyond Paradise TV show by the beach front during our stay. Tid (the owner) was very friendly and on hand if we needed anything. Fairbank Cottage is ideally situatedRead more in West Looe, at the bottom of the hill, close to all amenities - with a lovely deli opposite, great pubs and restaurants nearby, and with its very own car parking space right outside the cottage which is like gold dust in Looe and was a real bonus for us. From the cottage it is just a short walk across the bridge (or take the ferry boat) to East Looe town. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable with nice clean bedding and very comfy mattresses and pillows, with plenty of towels and a nice shower/bathroom, everything you need to enjoy your stay, including good WiFi which kept up with our phones, iPads and sons Xbox, together with a Smart TV. Fairbank Cottage is ideally situated and is a good central base for visiting neighbouring holiday resorts. I can highly recommend Fairbank Cottage and we would definitely make a return visit. Hide

Fairbank cottage is a delight. So pretty outside and inside. It's in an ideal location for everything, shops, Quay, walking to the Beachside area. Buses which are very prompt. Hannafore point Polperro and Polruan for Ferry to Fowey. Stunning week. Thankyou

The cottage is very nice and very compact, shower is fab! Cottage was clean, the towels and bedding were exceptionally clean and fresh. The upstairs landing is very narrow at the top of the stairs but it wasn't an issue for us but it may be for someone with mobility issues. Neighbours were lovely and friendly. Excellent location with its own parking space. This mattered a lot to us as we have had bad experiences previously with parking in local car parks. The neighbours were extremely friendly and helpful as was the owner.

Fairview cottage is in a fantastic location in Looe and massively benefits from its own parking space:- a rarity in Looe. The cottage itself is small but had everything we needed for a very enjoyable weeks stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the cottage it was quaint and cosy and warm. The location was brilliant and walking into town was flat all the way. The parking space directly outside the cottage was a bonus.

Great holiday cottage for our stay! We loved our time down in Looe, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the town and the surrounding area. Pub across the road is superb, amazing home cooked food. The owner made sure we had settled in ok. Everything that you could need for a few days away!
