This lovingly converted barn with its very own outdoor heated swimming pool in the summer months is a real find. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, just one and a half miles from the picturesque fishing village of Coverack, two and a half miles from St Keverne, and approximately 10 miles from mainland Britain's most southerly point; Lizard Point, Tremenhere Barn is ideally located to explore The Lizard Peninsula with its unspoilt coves and turquoise waters.

Tastefully presented throughout, Tremenhere Barn benefits from an open plan kitchen/dining area/living room and wood burning stove.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, fan oven, large American style fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Lounge/Dining Area: Large corner sofa, woodburning stove and Smart TV with Netflix, dining table.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed (5’), bedside tables and wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’ truckle type - if you would like the use of this under truckle then please inform us at time of booking), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Separate shower and bath, basin and WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
A pretty garden with lawn and trees leads an enclosed pool area, with large swimming pool (10m x 5m) and loungers. The pool area is enclosed by fencing to keep the breeze out and ensure it can be secured, separately to the rest of the garden. Parking for up to to 3 cars on the driveway is to the front of the property.

NB: The swimming pool is heated from April to September. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time when using the pool. (The Pool will be closed off from 1st October onwards)

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair available on request, please provide own bedding.

NOTES: No smoking within the cottage. WiFi provided.

Idyllic and picturesque location, beautiful gardens and amazing swimming pool that was the perfect temperature and size. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean, done to a high standard throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the owners made us feel very welcome indeed. Our Read morefamily, especially the children had an amazing time. Location wise, your only 40 minutes away from all the well known attractions and beautiful places in Cornwall. The beach at coverack is pretty will a few bars and restaurants and is close by. We will definitely return Hide

Really lovely week spent at Tremenhere Barn. The house was very well equipped, nice garden and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Owners were really helpful
