3 By the Sea is a newly renovated first floor apartment, located in one of the character buildings just a few steps away from Weymouth’s famous beach, an excellent town base with all the local amenities on the doorstep. This lovely one bed apartment which is arranged over two floors, offering everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The property is accessed via a communal hallway and four small flights of stairs. The accommodation includes a modern fitted kitchen and cloakroom off the hall. Steps down to a spacious living/dining room, featuring large sash windows with views of Bond Street and the sea. Perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the Dorset coast and countryside. A flight of stairs leads to a beautifully light airy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom room.  Shutters and glazed French doors open to a Juliet balcony with views to the street, beach and coastline.

Bedroom: Super King bed can be made into two standard single beds, wardrobe storage, dressing table, balcony view of street and beach

Ensuite bathroom: bath, shower over bath, W.C, basin and heated towel rail

Kitchen: built in electric oven and integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier

Cloakroom: W.C. and basin

Living/dining room: one 3 seater sofa, one 3 seater Futon, easy chair, dining table seating four, large flatscreen TV, books

A really tidy and modern flat just off of the esplanade. Surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, we had a great relaxing break here. Very comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The parking pass was really handy once we got access to the flat. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Weymouth.

Lovely apartment. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable throughout, from furnishing, decoration and equipment provided including coffee machine with pods and cream and loved the quirky layout. Fantastic location, lots of local brochures available for ideas on how to spend your time there. The bed was very comfortable and the homely touch ofRead more a wall mounted TV - not that we watched it in the bedroom, and loved the balcony too. Lots of bars and places to eat out, visited the local cinema. This little gem is ideally located in the heart of Weymouth, perfect for our holiday with the added bonus of having a parking permit. There are a lots of stairs which could be a challenge for some people so I would recommend that people look at the virtual view of the apartment to check the layout of the place prior to booking.
