Set in the little quaint village of St Merryn, Castaways is a newly renovated property within a quiet residential area. This spacious property has three bedrooms and a large open plan living and dining room, the perfect space for entertaining the family. The fire in the centre of the room creates a cosy, relaxing space during the winter, with the sunny conservatory (complete with a table tennis table) allowing an abundance of natural light to flood through the open plan ground floor. Outside there is a delightful large garden with garden furniture, a great place to spend a summer's afternoon. The property benefits from private parking for one car, with additional on-street parking nearby. You can also enjoy the spectacular views from the North Cornwall coastal path that is within easy walking distance from the property.  

There is a wonderful collection of glorious sandy beaches centred around the popular village of St Merryn, 3 miles from Padstow. Each bay has its own unique character, from the half mile wide and beautiful beach at Harlyn, ideal for both families and surfers, to the sheltered cove at Trevone surrounded by high cliffs. These family friendly beaches are a great day spent for the whole family and provide excellent water sport activities for those that like to get their feet wet.

Due to the bed size in bedroom 3, this property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children.

We enjoyed our stay at Castaways. Plenty of space and clean. Table tennis table was a great addition which we used a few times. Location to this excellent village was great.

Lovely place to stay, Walking distance to great places to eat and drink. Home is well equipted. Table Tennis table is a big bouns. A nice quite and Friendly village..

Castaways is a definite return to property, its really well situated to visit north Cornwall and beyond. Its a very clean, comfortable and well equipped place, thats a quick stroll away from the village amenities.

Fantastic Place! Beds & Sofa very comfortable. Shower & bath both great. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Local shops & takeaways very handy & in walking distance. Would def. go again when in the area.

We stayed at Castaways Sept 2023 .. one week /four adults. Great location to explore Cornwall. Booking and stay arrangements very easy. Castaways was excellent. Tucked away in very quiet area. The house was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Garden areas lovely ,,, private and not overlooked at all. Plenty of room for a dog and children to runRead more around. Beds very comfortable. Bed linen and towels excellent. Plenty of room. Upstairs bathroom big with large walk-in shower and bath. 2nd toilet downstairs. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. All in great condition. Lounge and Conservatory area lovely. table tennis great fun. The driveway has room for one care but there is plenty of off road parking by Castaway. There was nothing we could fault and We definitely plan to stay again. 10/10 Hide

We absolutely loved staying at Castaways, we would highly recommend it. With 3 young children, we couldnt have asked for a more child/family friendly place to stay - just brilliant.
