Bidwell Brook is a level access bungalow located in a quiet residential road and close by to a regular bus route into the heart of the Riviera, Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. Explore on foot and within a mile is the Blue Flag Awarded Goodrington Beach, highly credited for safe swimming conditions and water sport activities. With its long stretch of sandy beaches, Paigntons colourful promenade and easily accessible beachfront offers the whole family a vast array of areas to explore including its harbour, gardens at Roundham Head and attractions such as the famous Paignton Zoo and steam train. Bidwell Brook offers three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate WC and hand basin as well as spacious living/dining room with a ideal family friendly layout based all on one level. The generous size garden with outside furniture and BBQ is ideal for evenings of relaxation and quality family time.

Kitchen: Gas hob, oven and grill, fridge, microwave, separate freezer and washing machine. 

Lounge/Dining room: Samsung 28'' tv, dvd player, Wifi, radio, speaker pod.

Family Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, hand basin, w.c.

WC room: wc and hand basin.

Bedroom 1: Double (4'6") bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables

Bedroom 2: 2 Single (3'0) beds (can be pushed together), wardrobe, bookcase, bedside tables.

Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'0), desk

 

Garden: Front garden with shrubs, rear garden with table and chairs, coal bbq (please provide your own coal) 

Parking: Parking on driveway for one car, kerbside for any extra vehicles

Changeover Day: Friday 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity are included in rent. 

Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Notes - No Smoking. No Pets. Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. WiFi Provided. Strong mobile phone coverage. There are no facilities for charging a car.

A lovely bungalow, well equipped. Everything was perfect! The place was immaculately clean and the beds really comfy. Fantastic back garden with patio area. We will definitely be booking it again.

Lovely location a bit dated but very clean very comfortable beds lots to do in the area .we had a problem with the flush on toilet but was repaired the same day.
