What is said above unfortunately lowers the attractiveness of the property. Its location is wonderful- its closeness to the sea and the coast road makes access to local towns and other attractions very accessible. The rural setting makes wonderful views. We would definitely stay there again

Although we took our car, the bus service was so reliable that we chose to use the service. This was our third visit to north Norfolk and a really enjoyable time was taken. The indian restraunt and the ship pub for food was brilliant and would fully recommend. Not ideal weather but managed a number of walks including Weybourne to Sherringham. GreaRead moret cottage. Thanks. Hide

The cottage is wonderfully located, just a few minutes walk from a sandy beach - a perfect location for a peaceful rest. We found the accommodation very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a short walk along a quiet lane to two pubs with excellent food; along with a caf-cum-store selling sandwiches and cakes and a few essential houseRead morehold items. Hide

This is a roomy, adequately equipped property in a delightfully peaceful location with lovely views & access to natures blessings. Our arrival was marred by poor prior cleaning/preparation! , a lack of any basic cleaning materials for our use and a miserly so called 'welcome pack of a pint of milk, six tea bags and a 50 pence packet of Jammy DodgeRead morer biscuits - no flowers! The place has amazing potential - we were visited by a Muntjac deer, pheasants and herons and delighted by watching a beautiful blue kingfisher diving for fish in the mere to the rear of the property.- such a shame about our arrival! An easy short walk takes you to Weybourne Beach with its shingle beach and cliffs and inland to Webourne itself with two excellent hostelries and a cafe - but no shop. The place lacks 'Tender, loving care' which would make all the difference. Hopefully the owner will take note!! Hide

The property was shabby and dirty eg. cobwebs everywhere, dirty and stained crockery, drab furnishings. The place needs a radical makeover to bring it up to standard. The owners were mean in not providing basic necessities eg toilet roll!

The barn was situated in a good place not far from the beach down a quiet lane. The furnishings were comfortable and adequate but we didnt like all the very large plants inside the sitting area and a smaller one in the bathroom. The cooker was very dated. Some improvements would really make a difference to this property.

A compact lodge that was very well equipped and comfortable to spend time in. Nice views from the windows especially the kitchen window looking over the water with the constant visit by the Kingfisher. A friendly owner that was there if needed.
