Pets: Two well behaved dogs welcome. The rear garden is fully fenced and dog proofed although not fully secure to most determined jumper and climber. Keeping watch on your pets at all times is still necessary for total peace of mind. Please be aware there is a yew hedge and several yew trees on the property which are toxic to mammals, especially dogs. Ketteringham Hall estate is surrounded by open parkland, Lady Belt Country Park and conservation areas within this thousand acre estate creating a tranquil haven for wildlife. Norwich also has a thriving arts culture, with theatres, museums, galleries and festivals. There is also an impressive Norman castle. Pelican Barn is also within two miles off the A11 and the A47 Norwich Southern Bypass which opens up easy access to the Norfolk coast 35 minutes away, and the Norfolk Broads.
