Just 30 yards from the beach and a short stroll away from the harbour and village, Rosenwyn is well situated to appeal to both families with children or couples seeking somewhere quieter to relax and unwind.

This modern, vintage and antique look apartment offers wonderful sea views from the lounge which has french doors leading out onto a south facing patio area, with tables and chairs provided.  All rooms have been beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high modern standard, a real home from home with everything you'll need for a great holiday.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, Freeview TV.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside tables. En-Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’ – can be zipped together to form 6' super king-size bed, please request at time of booking), bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’), bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large patio with garden furniture and fantastic sea views. Private parking space for one car.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum two dogs. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout.
Baby Equipment: Travel Cot and High Chair.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

The apartment is deceptively large with plenty of space for our party of 4 adults. Location was great with a lovely 10 min walk to the centre of Porthleven. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary requirements for self catering eg cutlery, plates, pans et, and was clean and well looked after. The view of the sea from the patio doorRead mores is wonderful. The beds were comfy and we all had a very restful sleep. We were pleasantly surprised with the lovely welcome pack of tea, biscuits etc which we haven't experienced in any of our previous airbnb accommodations; there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge, which was great! The apartment met all of our needs and excellent value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Porthleven many times and I would definitely recommend this apartment. Hide

Great location and extremely well equipped. The welcome pack of washing powders etc was very helpful. We had internet issues which the agent worked hard to sort out. Our only criticism was that the hot water tank was not big enough for a family of 5, but overall an excellent place.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach, near to the coastal path, and a short walk into the village. It was clean and well equipped and the showers are good. Given that a couple of reviews had drawn attention to the poor quality of the sofas and one of the single beds, I did phone the holiday company to asked if these issues hRead moread been resolved. The person I spoke to, assured me they had, although I'm afraid to report that they had not been resolved. The two sofas in the lounge area are uncomfortable; too uncomfortable for spending any time relaxing. And one of the single beds is so soft, it would support only a small child. Response from Holiday Cottages - Thank you for you feedback, and apologies that these issues hadn't been resolved due to delivery issues. Location is great but the apartment is very tired! Two sofas in lounge are terrible, ones collapsed underneath. Threshold on patio door is broken and badly repaired. Double glazed unit in kitchen window needs replacing if you want a view. Single bed in 3rd bedroom collapsed one night, its very old and has clearly been broken and repaired before. KiRead moretchen is passable. Bedroom wardrobe used as storage and in-usable. Radiators full of fluff and dust. En-suite has a mirror at high level above the toilet.. not ideal for shaving. The showers are powerful which is great after a beach day. Parking is ok. Response from Holiday Cottages - Thank you for your feedback. Not a modern kitchen as advertised. Sofas are worn out so it was like sitting on the ground. Chairs are more than worn out already losing their inlay. 2 wine glasses for a place for 5 persons. In a fabulous location just minutes from the gorgeous beach, the apartment has everything you need in terms of equipment. The large outside patio area is great for eating outside with (limited) sea views. The water pressure is brilliant with a great shower. Absolutely amazing, very well equipped and welcoming. Nice welcoming details such as fresh flowers, tea, coffee, sugar, local milk, delicious clotted cream and scones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Loe Bar Apartments. It was well equipped and the location was great. We so enjoyed staying in Porthleven, having not been there before; it still had a sense of community.

Perfect location, particularly with a dog, as its so near the dog friendly part of the beach. Beautiful walks to the left and beautiful village to the right. The flat is great - fully equipped and welcoming. We hope to be back next year!
