Just 30 yards from the beach and a short stroll away from the harbour and village, Rosenwyn is well situated to appeal to both families with children or couples seeking somewhere quieter to relax and unwind.

This modern, vintage and antique look apartment offers wonderful sea views from the lounge which has french doors leading out onto a south facing patio area, with tables and chairs provided.  All rooms have been beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high modern standard, a real home from home with everything you'll need for a great holiday.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’ – can be zipped together to form 6' super king-size bed, please request at time of booking), bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’), bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large patio with garden furniture and fantastic sea views. Private parking space for one car.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum two dogs. £25 per week per pet

 Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout.
Baby Equipment: Travel Cot and High Chair.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

In a fabulous location just minutes from the gorgeous beach, the apartment has everything you need in terms of equipment. The large outside patio area is great for eating outside with (limited) sea views. The water pressure is brilliant with a great shower. Absolutely amazing, very well equipped and welcoming. Nice welcoming details such as fresh flowers, tea, coffee, sugar, local milk, delicious clotted cream and scones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Loe Bar Apartments. It was well equipped and the location was great. We so enjoyed staying in Porthleven, having not been there before; it still had a sense of community.

Perfect location, particularly with a dog, as its so near the dog friendly part of the beach. Beautiful walks to the left and beautiful village to the right. The flat is great - fully equipped and welcoming. We hope to be back next year!

Nice location and a very nice apartment. This was nicely located on the edge of the town, with everything within walking distance. The facilities were complete and modern and with enough space. The location of the property was great for the beach etc, although it was very tight parking in the car park. The main issue we had was the extractor vent on the outside of the the ensuite bathroom making a noise all day and all night, keeping us awake. There didn't seem to be a way of stopping it flapping, it was very loud. The other issue was theRead more bed in the main bedroom, it was really hard and uncomfortable.
