This newly refurbished cottage sits in a spectacular position on Loe Bar Road. Its prime clifftop site overlooks the beach and takes in a sweeping view of Mount’s Bay. A spacious veranda allows you to relax and enjoy the view, taking full advantage of the south facing sunny position. Access to the beach is just minutes away.

The Crow’s Nest is a wonderful holiday home for two people. It has been refitted to a high standard throughout, including granite work surfaces in the kitchen. The accommodation comprises an open plan sitting room / kitchen with a flat screen Smart TV, and superfast broadband. The kitchen area has an induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Machine.

Stairs lead to a dual aspect master bedroom with double bed. This room enjoys both the sights and sounds of the sea. A shower room with W.C. is adjacent.

This property has everything for a memorable Cornish holiday in the beautiful, vibrant fishing village of Porthleven. A choice of top class restaurants, traditional pubs, cafes and boutique shops are a stroll away on the harbour front. For those who enjoy a longer walk, the south west coastal path is literally on the doorstep!

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, sea views.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large and sunny south-facing terrace with incredible sea views, garden furniture. No private parking but there are pay and display car parks in the town.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

This lovely little cottage is in an idyllic position and is beautifully furnished and decorated. Car parking on street nearby is possible (though not for the faint-hearted) and for the physically mobile I cant imagine a more perfect spot, with a short walk downhill to Porthleven harbour and all it provides.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property, and definitely wont be the last. The balcony is the perfect spot to sit and watch the sea, sunset and relax with a glass of wine in the evening. It is great location for walks and easy access to Porthleven and itss pubs and restaurants

This is a great property looking with uninterrupted views out to sea. Inside is all new and hi spec. It is comfortable and warm. Porthleven town attractions are a few minutes walk away while the coastal path passes the front door. We have already rebooked which about says it all.

Fantastic little cottage. The rear deck could not have better views of the beach below and sunset was brilliant. 2 minutes walk to the nearest pub and only a few minutes away from the harbour. Great place to stay

The Crows Nest was a perfect relaxing cottage, views were amazing from the outstanding balcony and from every window. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, we felt very at home staying here. Weve stayed in many properties in Porthleven and its up in our top 5. We very much hope to stay again next year.

Great cottage with spectacular views over the bay. we had a very comfortable stay. Short walk to the harbour which has lovely pubs and restaurants. Taco Tuesday at Cantina is a must!

Well, what a delightful cottage overlooking the cliff face out to sea. Fantastic sunsets and perfect balcony for a cosy week away. Loved watching the boats coming in and out and listening to the sea on your doorstep.

The cottage was amazing! Everything we needed and the view!! The balcony was a winner for us! The parking seemed an issue at first but friendly neighbours steered us in the right direction

The cottages location was perfect and the property was ideal for two adults though small . However the double bed was very soft and uncomfortable and we could not sleep. To cope we purchased two air mattresses with one of us sleeping on the kitchen floor on the single air mattress whilst the other slept in the bed with cushions placed to support thRead moree body. This was far from ideal and unfortunately we had booked a fortnight so had to manage somehow. I would not recommend this property for this reason. Hide

Fabulous location . Living accommodation is small but adequate. Kitchen facilities excellent. The large balcony a huge plus . We managed to park close by on the road opposite free of charge

The view is the key selling point of this property. Though it's small, it's very well laid out and cosy. The bed is extremely comfortable. Although it is located on a main walking route it is very peaceful. I have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to do so whilst I am able.

Perfect location in our favourite village. Magical sunrises and sunsets over the sea watched from our balcony. Cottage very well equipped, comfortable and cosy. Felt at home and completely relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Our first stay here but it won't be our last.

Crows Nest is one of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in. It has been modernised beautifully with everything we needed including a delicious cream tea on arrival. The view overlooking the beach is outstanding and the sound of the waves beguiling. We highly recommend this cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
