We are excited to be launching this brand new renovated cottage.  Relax and unwind at this perfect haven of tranquillity. Located in Kirkby Malzeard in the Yorkshire Dales, amidst beautiful rolling countryside between Wensleydale and Nidderdale, and within easy driving distance of Ripon, Harrogate and York.  This luxury stone-built cottage has been totally modernised and renovated to an exceptionally high standard.  The cottage has been styled by renowned interior design business Yorkshire Design Associates (YDA), who have raised the goalposts in terms of holiday cottage chic to create this outstanding dream location. The stylish interior has a mixture of contemporary and traditional style and features a combination of decorative finishes, which have been procured from the UK and European design houses.  This is an ideal cottage to curl up and enjoy after a busy day exploring all that this area of outstanding natural beauty has to offer.  The cottage has a stunning enclosed enchanted garden with a sunken hot tub and an outside kitchen that has to be seen to be believed.

This high-quality property will impress at every turn, with Italian bronze inlaid plasterwork and an immaculate finish inside and out that provides pure luxury. As you step into the cottage your eyes will immediately be drawn to the designer interior and furniture.  You’re sure to enjoy curling up on an evening beside the woodburning stove in the lounge, then step into the bespoke hand-crafted kitchen which incorporates a wide range of high quality modern integrated appliances, together with Silestone worktops, copper hardware, Bosch and Smeg appliances and wine fridge.  From the kitchen you can access the enchanted garden through the stable door, here you will find a sunken hot tub, outside kitchen with hot and cold running water, fairy lights, mirrors and sensory walkway.

The cottage overall is decorated to a high standard and in a great location a few miles drive to Masham and its also very close to a lovely local pub and chip shop. The hottub is great after long walks. It has good facilities with a separate utility room downstairs.

The cottage is a great place for exploring the surrounding area. The cottage is in need of some tlc, with plants blocking the natural light to the property. It could also do with a deep clean. The back garden has great potential but furniture needs updating.

The property is lovely, cosy and comfortable. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc and the main bed is so comfortable. The kids loved the upstairs floor, loads of hot water on demand, washer and dryer a great bonus for muddy clothes and the log fire is really great. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Lovely touch receiving a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift. Enjoyed our visit and would 100% book again in the future.
