Flat 3 Penlu is located in an elevated position above the town, with views across Swanage bay.  An ideal base for a family wanting to explore the Purbecks!

A modern two bedroom, first floor apartment, within a relatively new building, just a short walk from the town and the beach. 

A lift or spiral staircase (quite narrow), takes you from the ground floor communal area to the first floor.  Light, modern and well equipped, Flat 3 Penlu has a living/dining room with sea views, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a family bathroom.  Children are welcome, with a travel cot and high chair available.  Parking is available off Manor Road.

The apartment was a really good base for a holiday, but the accommodation itself was rather disappointing: the views from the lounge were lovely but we're negatively impacted by cracked and non-functioning sash windows. The flat was basically clean, but dust and cobwebs again gave a poor impression. Both bedrooms need blackout blinds to be fitted aRead morend the adjacent car park means that privacy can only be achieved by keeping existing blinds permanently closed. Hide

Beautiful location and views. Well equipped, comfortable flat with a lift which was handy. Car parking space was very useful. We had a lovely stay in Swanage.

A very comfortable flat with a stunning view over Swanage Bay. We have stayed in both flat 3 Penlu and flat 5. We found the parking easier with flat 3 as your space is actually in the car park of Sea Court (next door) and is not as tight as the spaces in Penlu itself. Would certainly stay here again. The only thing to be aware is that Taunton Road Read moreis quite a steep hill (Penlu is about half way up). Hide

Very clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water, comfy beds & nice towels. Lovely view down to bay. Quiet & good location for visiting various places. Good to have allocated parking space.

Lovely apartment, walking distance to the sea front. Very well equipped with everything we could ever need. Comfy beds. A blackout blind/curtain away from perfect. (Eye masks were provided).

This is probably one of the best we've stayed in. Sitting and watching the seafront from the living room was spectacular and the whole place was immaculate. I wish I had that interior design eye as well. Beds and bedding lovely, parking and lift so practical and Swanage a gem. Loved it! love

3 Penlu is definable worth a visit. Glorious views across the bay, well equipped and comfortable. Very clean and the white company toiletries a bonus. Only a 4 minute walk to town and beach. The restaurants look amazing, pizza takeaway was yummy. Car parking for flat 3 is next to the adjacent block of flats but it's under cover so the car staRead moreyed cool all week. A great time had by all of us for our first visit to swanage. Will definitely be back. Hide

Lovely place to stay, comfortable and well equipped. Well positioned for the town and having your own parking place is great especially if busy.
