The Bolt Hole is a delightful bijoux property ideal for a relaxing break in the popular seaside town of Sheringham. Newly built, the ground floor accommodation is well presented with an open plan living area and a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite. The sea front is a few minutes’ walk away as are the shops and restaurants of the town. Sheringham is the home of the Poppyland Railway, so you can hop onto a steam train and visit nearby Holt, or take the main line and head to Norwich where you will find galleries, theatres, shops and restaurant to suit all tastes. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance

Garden: There is no garden with the property however the sea front and the coast path are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Notes: This is a non smoking property. Although this is a no pet property the owners dog sometimes visits.

Sheringham is a thriving seaside resort on the popular north Norfolk coast that has something to offer all year round. Golf, sea fishing, the beach, leisure centre, its own Little Theatre and the National Trust's Sheringham Park are just some of the local attractions, with tennis and squash available in nearby Cromer. This is also a great part of the coast to explore for nature lover's, ornithologists and walkers alike, with the national coastal path close by, the bird centre at Cley-next-the-Sea and the seal colony at Blakeney Point. The famous Poppy line Railway will take you to the lovely town of Holt with its mix of art galleries, shops, cafes and pubs and the mainline train to Norwich, gives access to the abundant cultural delights of the city, which makes for a great day out.

Location is good alongside being just right for 2 people. Pleasant quiet part of the town with easy access to high street and public transport.

Location wasn't where we thought it was. Didn't know there was a flat above us or one next to us. There was an over powering smell of blocked drains in the bathroom.

Too small, very disappointed. No real feeling of welcome, more 'it'll do, they'll only be staying for a few days'. Did not want to spend any time in there, the sofa is so uncomfortable and spot lights everywhere that don't dim. Nothing provided on arrival such as tea and coffee for at least the first evening. No nice little touches, bare minimum, wRead moreould not book again. Hide

A lovely cosy cottage, ideal for exploring the local area, this good facilities. It was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The only downside is that parking is only suitable for a small car when the other properties are occupied.

The Bolt Hole is just the perfect place to stay in Sheringham. just a short walk into the town centre and both railway stations and the supermarkets. Off road private parking was a plus. It is in a quiet location with easy access to all the places up and down the coast. If you do not wish to use your car there is a very good bus service to all placRead morees. Hide

Accommodation was perfect for 2 people, it was fully furnished with everything you would need. The location was perfect, quiet but just a few minutes away from a lifeguarded beach and the shops.

We had an enjoyable stay. Bed comfortable and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Really liked the beach being so close and perhaps worth a mention of the short cut through the Long Stay car park and down the steps to the promenade. Many thanks for the cake and milk on arrival.
