Ground Floor

A modern, comfortable open plan living area welcomes you to Bwthyn Nant Bach (Welsh for 'small stream cottage'). An inviting three piece suite, wall mounted TV and log burner encourages you to relax from the moment you arrive. Dinning table with seating for 6. 

The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven (includes a combined microwave oven/grill), induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a Belfast sink and Quooker instant boil tap.

Bedroom 1 - super-king sized bed (can be arranged as twin on request) with wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2 - double bed with wall mounted TV, wardrobe and dressing table, chair and bedside cabinets.

Stylish shower room with a large rain shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, storage space and coat hooks.

Upstairs

Bedroom 3 - An attractive staircase leads to the large en-suite master bedroom. This beautiful, modern and spacious room includes a sumptuous super-king sized bed and plenty of storage space. The en-suite includes a large rain shower, bath, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Garden

The private, enclosed garden is a place to relax and enjoy expansive views of the majestic Snowdonia landscape. Garden table and chairs provided for peaceful alfresco dining. A recently refurbished shed with ample bike rack storage.

This is a beautiful converted barn, which has been restored to a very high standard and provides comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Bwthyn Nant Bach was a perfect base for our holiday, being situated half way between Porthmadog and Caernarfon. Portmeirion, Caernarfon, Llanberis and Betws-y-Coed were all within easy travelling distance. Directions to the cottage were very easy to follow, whether approaching from the north or south. Beautiful cottage with amazing scenery. Great location for visiting Mount Snowdon and neighbouring villages. Cottage was spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable. Bethyn Nant Bach is a lovely property in a peaceful location, yet ideally placed for visiting many attractions of the area. Comfortable beds and excellent shower/bathrooms make it an ideal place to recharge after busy days exploring. The cottage is lovely and we really enjoyed sitting and eating outside, the weather was amazing all week. The views and sunsets are lovely. Everything in the cottage is well thoughtout. Super comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of places to see in the area. A thoroughly enjoyed week, we hope to return.

Our family Easter holiday was perfect, this cottage was in a perfect location, close to so many places we could go and discover. A beautiful place and waking up to the lambs as lovely, we will definitely be coming back.

Owner met us at the cottage when we arrived after our 10 HR journey. She was very welcoming and happy to see us. The cottage was clean and well equipped, Lovely and warm and very spacious. We had sheep and cows as neighbours for the week which were lovely to wake up too. It was a great location for visiting nanny places eg the llyn peninsula, Read moreAnglesey and Snowdonia. Cottage is well laid out and comfortably furnished and in an ideal location, though the overall cleanliness could be improved. Kitchen floor was sticky as were the place mats, for example. Owner was friendly and helpful.

A home from home with every comfort and just right for our family of 4 adults and two older children. An excellent situation, being close to Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Criccieth, Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park. Nesta and family were excellent hosts! We hope to see you again. Thank you! A lovely bright, well equipped spacious cottage, in an excellent location. The weather meant we couldn't explore Snowdonia or go hiking, but there was plenty to see and do - castles, gardens & coastline, all easily accessible from the cottage. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to explore the area.

This is an excellent property, equipped and maintained to a high standard. The welcome from the owners is warm and friendly. It is easy to access and is centrally located within very easy reach of many attractions and activities. Walking/cycling routes can be accessed within a few minutes. Overall this is five star accommodation.

Our stay at this lovely cottage was wonderful. The family are lovely, the property is beautifully put together and the area is full of scenic drives and things to see and do.
