In the quaint Suffolk village of Benhall, 2 Benhall Green is a deceptively spacious one bedroom cottage full of light and character. 2 Benhall Green has been thoughtfully laid out to provide generous self-catering accommodation for two and two dogs looking to explore the Suffolk coastline and beyond.

The front door opens onto the kitchen/diner - complete with TV, this is a perfect space to dine whatever time of day and has plenty of worktop space should you wish to cook up a storm using locally sourced goodies. To the rear, a long sitting room complete with woodburner is a real suntrap. With sliding door out to the patio garden, you can really let the fresh air flow in and feel totally relaxed. If that wasn't enough, there's even a conservatory to enjoy too, with dual access to both the garden and driveway!

Upstairs, a king sized bed awaits. This room has a traditional cottage interior and is complemented by the beautiful wooden floorboards and exposed beams. An upstairs bathroom houses both a bath and a shower and there is even the benefit of a ground floor cloakroom.

To the rear, you have the benefit of your own private garden laid to patio. A lovely raised pond with fish is peaceful to listen to - whilst a swinging chair is a great spot to catch some sun or read a book. There is even a shed to house bicycles should you wish - ideal should you wish to explore the surrounding area on two wheels rather than in four. Pub: 1.2 miles, Shop: 1.2 miles.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Handy for Sutton Hoo and Minesmere and Aldeburgh only 10 mins away. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious living room. Nice to have somewhere to sit in the sunny courtyard garden. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to that part of the country

Lovely located cottage with everything you need for a comfy stay. Great location for catching local bus to Aldebrough and Thorpeness instead of taking car. Good welcome pack and friendly responsive owner.

A lovely, comfortable and well equipped holiday home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished cottage. There were many nice little touches that you dont get in all holiday homes, a welcome pack, plenty of household essentials such as condiments, handwash, cleaning supplies, torches and even dog treats! ThRead moreere were also many books and dvds, guides to the local area etc. We slept well in the very comfortable bed! The cottage was dog friendly, with plenty of room for our dogs crates and the garden was enclosed and safe. The cottage was within easy driving distance of many lovely Suffolk attractions. Our personal favourite was Dunwich Beach, where we had a great lunch at Flora Tea Rooms. We enjoyed a walk in Dunwich Forest too. Also recommend Old Hall Cafe and Walks. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to visit again! Hide
