A lovely, traditional, Purbeck stone terrace cottage Grade II listed, in the old part of town, just a five minute walk into the town and the beach.  Perfect for a couple looking to explore the Purbecks, or just relax on the beach!

High ceilings and stone floors downstairs give a bright feel in the open plan living/dining/kitchen room. Steep stairs lead to the master bedroom, with two lovely large windows, and an ensuite shower room.  Parking is available in nearby streets.

Living/kitchen/dining room: comfortable seating for 4 with Purbeck stone floor, TV, and electric fire in the living area.  Electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave in the kitchen

Very central to everything and convenient for supplies with a Spar right opposite. Easy parking.

Good location, everything you need, shops very local . staircase is steep.

This is a comfy old type cottage a short walk from the front. It has a comfy large bedroom and the living area is large for two! It was very cleanwhen we arrived!

A lovely and comfortable cottage to stay in, ideal setting and position of the cottage, very cool in hot weather which was ideal for the hot week we had. Apart from trying to find on road parking it's location is an ideal base for public transport. We didn't use the car once during our stay which made the holiday better.

We lived staying in this lovely cottage. The location was good for us. The information led us to believe it was overlooking the mill pond.

We had a gorgeous week in Carolines Cottage. It was our first holiday with our 6-month old daughter and we had a really lovely time. Swanage is just the right size for popping in for coffee and browsing the shops then walking on the coast. The cottage is in a brilliant position and is really well done - everything you need and so comfortable.

I found the property extremely comfortable and roomy. Close to the beach and shops too. A little loud but that doesnt bother me! A shelf in the shower would be useful! Liked it so much have booked for next year already!
