An elegant second floor apartment right in the heart of East Looe with the beach and harbour just moments away and a highly convenient parking space a 50 yard level walk. Bay House is an ideal holiday home for a couple or two friends holidaying together who like their own space. The unusual mezzanine, reached by a stunning spiral staircase, provides a comfortable double bed for one person and a cosy space under the eaves with lovely lighting to enhance it. The living room has a quirky feel and a huge leather corner sofa to relax on.  A bright, well-equipped kitchen and luxurious shower room will ensure you have all the comforts of home.

East Looe is a hive of activity with many independent restaurants, bars and shops to browse around. A good range of eateries are all within a close walk and from the local railway station there is a branch line to Liskeard. From her you can take the train to Plymouth for a day trip or west to Truro or Penzance for a great day out. Beautiful walks along the coast path are accessible close by or take a fishing trip from the quayside and catch some fresh mackerel for your supper.

There is reserved parking for one car in the secure seafront car park just 1 minute level walk away.

The apartment was in an amazing position and having a parking space nearby was excellent. Would definitely come back for this two reasons.

We have just enjoyed a weeks stay at Bay House in the centre of East Looe, where the accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything you could wish for, including a parking space on the beachfront car park which was ideal for us. There were plenty of extension leads placed around the apartment to charge items which was a bonus forRead more us. We were lucky with the weather in March and had many days out and about in the sunshine, and lovely local walks, with the apartment being nice and central. Our teenage son loved the spiral staircase up to the Treehouse bedroom, with access to the roof terrace - although it was a bit too windy during our stay to use it. The large smart TV in the lounge was great, as was the TV in the bedroom, to watch TV in bed. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we will be returning again in the future. :-) Hide

Great place to have as a base for exploring. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Very central for walking to pubs and restaurants. Parking was great and very close by and the bay was easily big enough for most cars.

Every home comfort, well equipped to cook, well furnished to relax, ideally located to reach all parts of town. Added bonus of outdoor space, although in November this was for a quick peek more than anything but it was still nice to check out the view.

Lovely located apartment on the top floor, beautifully clean and well presented with a stunning roof top patio. The parking space is literally 30 seconds away and it was easy enough to park up there and carry things back into the apartment to unpack. The parking space is small and a bit tricky to get into if cars have not parked perfectly in theiRead morer spaces either side. Would recommend parking up and not moving the car if you can and using the bus and train as much as possible. Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs which are hand railed but fairly steep. The apartment is just as pictured and very clean warm and comfortable. It was too cold during our stay to use the rooftop patio but this was a lovely feature. Had a really enjoyable week and would recommend this apartment as a great central place to stay for those with no mobility difficulties. Great that there were no pets allowed too. Hide

The property was is in an amazing location with the added bonus of parking close to the beach and apartment. Everything was in walking distance for evening entertainment/food. We stayed a couple of years ago and felt the rental price had gone up rather a lot . Saying that its a delightful property and so clean. We also felt the lovely roof terrace would benefit from maybe a bench that you didnt have to keep putting away , as its a bit of a chore .
