This is a lovely property, very well equipped, in a fabulous location less than 5 minutes stroll to the beach. All rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you could wish for, and two shower rooms/three toilets is great when there are 8 of you. The games room has pool, air hockey, table football and darts, with loads of outdoor games too. TheRead more garden is large and gorgeous. The Pizza oven and BBQ are a great touch. This was the fifth time we had stayed at Sunnydale with our children and grandchildren, and we have already booked for next year. We all enjoy our holidays there. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, close to the beach, with the games room to keep the children happy whatever the weather. An ideal venue for a family holiday.

Very spacious clean and well equipped, five minutes walk from a lovely little beach. There were eight of us and we didn't get under each other's feet...plenty of room. The games room was a bonus..

Lovely accommodation in a great beachside location. Stayed as a family of 5 with two dogs. Only 500 yards or so from the beach which is dog friendly on all parts Oct to April and then segregated. The Ship Inn a short drive away does great food and is dog friendly. Short walk to the Spar supermarket that is well stocked. 10 minute drive to Abersoch Read moreor walk around the headland. Looked to book again for next year but looks like it gets booked up quite early so could not fit us in. Hide

We have just returned from our first visit to Sunnydale, and have already booked for next year. This property is an absolute gem. Alan and Christine have given a lot of thought to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of parking space for 3 or 4 cars and the rear garden is an absolute delight. There is so much lRead moreawn space to enjoy, either playing games, just relaxing, and our two dogs to run around and play. There is a lovely patio set, a large umbrella (although we didn't use it), a charcoal BBQ, and the pizza oven which we enjoyed on our 'pizza night'. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and dishes for cooking. There was even dustbin liners, foil, baking parchment and dishwasher tablets in the cupboards too. The biscuits which were left for us to to enjoy were very much appreciated. The lounge, dining room and bedrooms are very comfortable and it was lovely to see Christine's artwork on the walls. The TVs and hairdryers in the bedrooms was a nice addition. The Games Room, with all its equipment, was a wonderful addition to this property and we all had such fun using it. There was a trolley for taking our things the short walk to the beach which was so useful; and the beach hut was the 'icing on the cake' - although we understand that this is not guaranteed every year - but we hope Alan's able to work his magic to acquire it next year too! Sunnydale was an ideal property for our three generation family to enjoy quality family time together, along with the dogs - and we all look forward to returning next year. Hide

Incredible equipment in kitchen and playroom. Best stocked house we ever stayed in. Good parking , very handy for beach . Great to have the beach hut and equipment plus the festival trolley. Garden great for kids. Caretaker very obliging in relation to items we left behind.

This is our sixth visit to Sunnydale in five years. Our family dynamics have changed a bit over the years, but Sunnydale continues to provide us with wonderful holiday memories. It is just perfect for all ages. Dogs love it too.

We have stayed at Sunnydale several times before, and it suits us very well (three generations having a holiday together). It is very comfortable and well equipped, and in an ideal location for the beach. The games room is very popular with our grandchildren. We'll be returning next year!

House was amazing and games room was big with lots of competitions. Our 2 black labs loved it the garden, especially the beach right on doorstep after long days out discovering North Wales in this beautiful home to come back to. Sunnydale is a home from home. Year on year you can see that the owners are committed to making any stay the best it can be. They value feedback from their guests. We love the house and have been 3 times already and booked again for next year. The location is perfect for the beach and the beach hut is a bonus.
