Pixie Croft is a delightful property situated between the vibrant village of Braunton, with its choice of shops, family friendly pubs and restaurants and the glorious sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde. This spacious, “upside down” house has its living room on the first floor to take advantage of the wonderful views stretching out over Braunton Burrows towards the sea.

A long, sloped driveway means there is parking for one car and roadside parking in front of the house.  There is a pretty front garden laid to lawn and shrub borders.  The entrance has slate flooring which continues along the length of the hallway. Three good size bedrooms are all adjacent on the ground floor. Bedroom one has a Super- king size bed with twin bed option.  Bedroom 2 is a double and bedroom 3 has 3ft twin beds with wall mounted 40"TV.  There is a handy cloakroom/WC off the hallway and next door is the family bathroom. This fully tiled room is a good size with white suite comprising deep, dual ended bath, walk-in shower, WC, basin and vanity unit. The hall leads down to the well-equipped, good size kitchen/diner which is a great social area during food preparation and for quality meal times together.  There is plenty of work and storage space and natural light floods in from two large velux windows, a side window and sliding patio doors which open out into the fully enclosed garden.  A small lawn and raised suntrap patio area with table and chairs, is an ideal spot for relaxing after a day spent exploring the area. Upstairs is a surprisingly spacious living room.  With two sitting areas there are plenty of comfy seats including large sofas with recliners. Great views across to Saunton can be enjoyed from three large velux windows along one side of the room and further windows allow even more light to flood in from the other side.  With a 43" Smart TV, CD player, choice of books and board games, this is an idea room in which to relax and enjoy social time together.

Braunton is a popular area for walking and cycling and access to the Tarka Trail is easy from the village centre where cycles can also be hired. Visitors have use of the garage to store beach equipment and bicycles.  This is a great property in a great location offering a great time.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful very comfortable and clean from the moment you step in everything you needed was thought of . The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were so comfortable. Weve stayed in quite a few places and this was one of the best if felt like home and we had a wonderful week .

Wonderful dog friendly cottage, great base for exploring the North Devon coastline. The cottage was well equipped, super comfy beds and sofas. The cottage was in a very quiet location.

The property is lovely and clean. The lounge area has super comfortable sofas and is a lovely place to sit in the evenings. However, it can get warm up there! The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were comfortable. Its in a good location for Saunton Sands, Braunton Burrows and the village of Braunton itself although none are easily walkRead moreable. The garden is enclosed and suitable for dogs although, when we went, it needed a tidy up and some general tlc. Im sure thats not normally the case. The neighbour isnt a fan of dogs and isnt afraid to tell you so. If you have very barky dogs, this is potentially a problem. Overall, we had a great time at Pixie Croft. Hide

Pixie Croft is a lovely property and would highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Nice, secure garden for our dog too. A beautiful property, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything you needed to enjoy your holiday and we loved it. We had a fabulous stay at Pixie Croft. The property has been very well thought out with great attention to detail with lots of little extras provided. Our days were spent walking and exploring so spending the evenings relaxing on the extremely comfy sofas was perfect. We can't wait to return when visiting Devon again.

Great dog friendly property. Very safe and enclosed garden. Really well located to Braunton and great for visiting the local beaches etc. Super comfortable, and had everything you need for your stay!

We had a wonderful week at Pixie Croft. It was perfect for our needs - a family of 5 with three teenagers and a small dog. It was very clean, nicely furnished and extremely well equipped.
