Lovely barn conversion which was very well equipped- right down to teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl which have been lacking in some properties we have stayed in. Lovely and warm and plenty of hot water. Great base for exploring North Devon

Beautiful Oak framed restored barn. Although a working farm, it is nonetheless a lovely quiet rural location with extensive panoramic views. Underfloor heating. What can I say, this little place is a gem. Finished to a high standard, it was a brilliant place for our family to say for the week. It had everything we needed including modern fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer space to wash off our Sandy wet suits and water sports gear. We only had one day of rain which we spent at home as it was such a nicRead moree place to stay and enjoy the views. The small and enclosed garden was perfect for our toddler and the girls were even treated to a farm tour. Located 5 minutes from a main road and 7 minutes from a Tesco, it is a great balance of being rural but also being close to amenities and beaches. Hide
