With great sea views from an elevated position, this Holiday Cottage is on a working farm near Aberaeron and Aberystwyth.  In addition to the coastal delights (including the famous West Wales dolphins) and numerous beaches nearby, the Cambrian mountains have a lot of activities to offer, including great walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing and even a chance to feed the red kites that swoop overhead.  An ideal base for your holiday in West Wales.

Fully equipped kitchen and diner with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and full sized fridge freezer and breakfast bar.

Spacious lounge with comfy L shaped sofa, smart TV, and patio doors.  Dining table for 4.

Bedroom 1 - Super King or twin, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and stool  (2 singles as default so please let us know when booking if you require twin)

Wonderful holiday for us Property was spotless, the view was amazing, the sauna really enjoyable. The owners have got it right, friendly and there if you need them. We are definitely going back.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views from the cottage over to the sea were stunning. Its a family run business, the owners were delightful and very helpful. Lovely short walk down to a family friendly pub. We would happily stay here again.

There are three steps up from the kitchen area to the lounge/diner. other than that the property is flat. And easy accessible. Great shower in the wet room. Easy access to Aberystwyth to the North and Aberaeron to the South. Although the property is on a working farm, There is no noise or disruption from the farm. Lovely hosts, great seaview and very friendly dogs. This would be a great place for walkers or those who want a little peace. The sauna was wonderful.

We had a lovely week in this well appointed property with the friendly owners nearby. The sauna and outside (warm) shower were a great bonus. The views are fabulous!

Ty Pair is an absolutely stunning holiday cottage, It is in first class condition, spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for a holiday. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is perfect!

Overall a great stay. Location had amazing sunset views and views of the sea. The owners were very friendly. Used the sauna, which was clean and well maintained. Property was comfortable and clean.

Lovely, modern family run holiday house with sea views and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Comes with a sauna and BBQ facilities. Lots to do in the surrounding area with our 2 young children. We had a fantastic holiday.

If I could give the property a 6 star rating I would. Anwen, Eifion and family ensured a very warm welcome (The bottle of wine & packet of waffles was a nice touch) The property is well laid out, spotlessly clean and comfortable with decent views. It is 0.3 of a mile up a one lane track off the main road (A487) and the sign for Porthmawr (Private Read moreRoad) is indistinct and easily missed so needs clearer signage. It would help if in the travelling directions it mentioned that on coming out of the village of Llanon the turning is just before the bus stop (Or just after if coming southbound from Llanrhystud). This said we would have no hesitation in staying there again in the future. Hide

Isolated area- need to use car to see sights. Only one average pub for average food if don't use car. BBQ old and rusty. No Scissors. Only a few hangars - not adequate. Bed comfort average. Privacy nil without closing all blinds. No blind on front door window near bathroom.
